    Yay! Love weights and kettlebells, but has been hard to learn how to get back to them with energy and not using it up. On just the weights part, have wondered if I should do, say, 10 minutes every day, but different body parts each day, hitting everything twice in a week, plus mobility or yoga, etc, before or after. I've had to teach myself that my 2 a day dog walks counts as my cardio ( step counting seems silly, but working on that total count has helped me too - at least with being proactive. Ill never be a runner, my body was never ever made that way, lol). Bless you so much for sharing these!! (Ps: Dr finally raised meds, and I've been doing yard work like a fiend!! have needed some rest days in between, but I struggle to remember that or to not do all the things. Mentally, I actually do know, but when actually awake and doing the things and seeing the things, its so hard to stop!! I try to manage, but after not having energy to get out of bed, its like a drug. Bless you for all your help and insights. I don't know other pickles ( at least not like me), but I share you with everyone!! You are such a light and mean more than you can possiblyvknow. God bless you and your family!

      We sound like TWINS!!! Lol...glad things are moving forward...I agree I try a lot of little workouts and never going to be a runner...for me just not going to work. Rest is hard sometimes but the cortisol tells us when LOL...be safe and love the update!!
