Buses & Trains at Guildford March 2019

Buses and trains in the Surrey town of Guildford filmed in March 2019. At the time of filming some new Electric BYD buses had entered service with ADL Enviro MMC bodywork for Stagecoach. Another one to watch out for are Safeguard a smart independent operator that has served the area for 90 years!

Oh WOW! The bright pink park & ride Dart Pointer is a head turner and the livery on the SafeGuard fleet is beautiful! Stagecoach's EV fleet look and sound really flash, always great to see the fantastic ruling overlord of the double decker world - Trident 2s. :-)

I love these Enviro 200 EV. Reminds me of the buses where I live with the top hump except they run on CNG and have CNG tanks.

Whenever I goto guildford which isnt often I rarely see a bus operated by Safeguard Coaches, its mainly Arriva and Stagecoach that I see and its probably because of the routes that safeguard operate are a bit infrequent for a town or city in my view.

It also used to be Abellio Surrey with their 515 and 514 routes although those are now operated by falcon coaches and no longer server Guildford I dont think...
