SWR do not use Phil Sayer at London Waterloo station. I think it's Celia Drummond
It is Celia, but Phil is also used.
Phil was used with SWT. Celia is used with SWR now.
I've never heard Celia announcements at Waterloo. Anne does the new voice since SWR
