Royal Promenade Walk Through & Tour - Freedom of the Seas!!!

One of the main public areas on Freedom of the Seas is the Royal Promenade located on deck 5. The Promenade is spacious and often has a lot of activities and people moving around. Here you will find lounges, bars, restaurants, and all the shopping on board. If you are like me and on the weekend cruise, this is an area you will not want to miss!
During this Promenade tour I will show you the Star Lounge, Sorrento's Pizza, Regalia Fine Jewelry, Vintages, Port Merchant, Café Promenade and Ben & Jerry's among others for you to enjoy!
You know me, if you want great people watching, the Royal Promenade is going to be prime space on the cruise ship to sit back, enjoy, and watch the action.

I laugh when you mention guest services. Im pretty sure when they saw me coming they all thought not again! On my 1st RC cruise in December I took advantage of the free drinks in the suite lounge, id go back to my room to freshen up before i headed to a show and go to scan my card at the theatre and realize I grabbed my lanyard but left the card on the table. Good thing it was only a 3 night cruise 🤦‍♀️

Is the gym and some bars still vaccinated guest only since you no longer have to show proof of vaccination or negative test before getting on?

Hi Raven, luckily, that is a thing of the past! The gym is open to whenever you want to go and it is open to vaccinated and unvaccinated. Same with any space on the ship these days.

do you book most of your cruises on board or land? since youre likely to get special perks on board

I book majority of my cruises on land through my travel agent as most of my trips are 4 nights and under. The extra onboard credit offered by the Next Cruise sales team starts at the 5 night cruise mark. Though, I LOVE the next cruise team on Freedom of the Seas and do book with them simply because they are a joy to work with.😀
