absolutely, it is a challenging movement! the more you practice, the easier it gets just as with everything you were once not able to do! :-)

I loved how you really broke this down and showed us some ways to build strength to master the jump through. I learned that you really have to look up,lift your hips, and press strong in the arms to create more lift in the shoulder blades for more space to come through to your seat. I will do these often to really get the jump through down thank you :)

❤ Thank you so very much for breaking this down, I want to try to learn this as it will help me with the vinyasa flow and the breathing. I do get stuck sometimes with the breathing and in certain transitions so all these little reminders such as keeping the head and chest up or lifting up the hips and not collapsing down onto the mat, will definitely help me out a lot. Once again Thank you, much gratitude and Namaste ❤

How to avoid toes hurt when standing on the toes and then jump through? I often hit the toes on the ground and hurt the nails, it seems can't make a brake and stop when jump through

    • @DoronYoga

Try using blocks at first. Then, work on keeping the hips a bit higher. Last, ensure you do not drop the feet, but use your hip flexors to slow down the landing. Good Luck!!
