It might be better to get a few gel packs and see how they are done, I think you could have fun with a heat sealing machine and make bags to suit all styles. I bet the JML voiceover guy hasn’t seen this before and doesn’t know what he’s missing. I personally think a Velcro flap would be better to hold the package in place.
