I have to say that YZF R15 V3 owners (I am using a '18 model) too should have had this level of fit, finish in their motorcycles.
Anyways, good that Yamaha Motor India has responded well by stepping up quality levels for the V4 (back to Yamaha standards) and launching the full kitted model, first in India. This move seems fitting since the 2008 YZF R15 was developed by Yamaha for India. Still grateful for that!

I was a user of R15 V1 @2009..it was by far the best of them all....even after 12yrs , its still a small engine with less power
Same feeling, I use one since 2009 too.. there's not much tech on it, but it's top end, i feel still is the purest.. and the original R15 looks. I still like the most.
Never wanted a V2 or v3 , but v4, since it's a bit more comfortable and my age is catching up and all the safety addons , tech and quality back to what it was I might like to have one, but the v1 will always stay with me❤️

This is not an upgrade for the existing v3 owners, this is a brand new goal for v3 enthusiasts. Still an excellent product. So happy to see Yamaha including us to the global catalog by bringing the M label, Team Monster editions, USD and quickshifter and so forth.
For those who are Looking forward for an upgrade from the legendary 155. They desperately need a soul that is less costly than the R3, but a significant power upgrade from the R15;
For me personally, I need that soul, preferably inside a Tracer or MT body.
