Hey Joe ...I just wanted to say hi . Way back when you had your set up at your house on TH-cam you gave me a lot of info and helped me understand how things worked . I still appreciate that and loved your videos ...i remember the crazy doll lady who you had to ban because she would go off on the anti alcohol stuff...lol ! Since then I’ve been to brewing school and have really expanded my own system to a 3 barrel system with the goal of opening a place like yours,,,which looks sweet btw . I appreciate your tips like with the fittings and recommendations like using a 15 barrel HLT...that’s good info ! Anyway...hope all is well . I’m up in Mass,,we are at 3500 dead so far ....I know Jersey is even worse . Let’s hope we all make it through this . 🍻...keep up with the updates ...love watching them ! Garve

So when you have a 7bbl brewhouse & 15bbl fermentor, you do a double batch in 1 day?

Sometimes twice in a day, sometimes consecutive. Depends on my ambition levels 😁
