Running time Madurai to Chennai Eigmore is 6 hours & 15 minutes.Rest room is small there is no wash besin out side because of shortage of space.

I travelled on 16th Aug, 22 from Dindugul to Chennai at B2 compartment, my first experience main door not opened, with te result have to rush to the next door, by the time train about to start, afterwards toilets on both sides checked and flooded, House keeping person cleaned and cleared only one toilet, Food served was it is very very poor taste, railway authorities should taste, overall the person who served cannot understand our regional language, it is difficult to tell our request. News paper not served at all. Over all time saving journey, if we take our food from home it would been nice. Not worth for money. Bad service by catering person.
