in your other explanatory video about RO/UF/UV you mentioned UV filter should be placed vertically and here it is placed horizontally?
Kindly note following points about your query of UV chamber position.
You are looking the model is not UV. In NF or RO + UV, where main & most important stage for purity is Membrane. UV is additional.
Purification capacity of our UV is around 100 Liters / Hours but after passing water from NF or RO Membrane flow rate of water reduces up to 12 to 15 Liters / hour. Which provide 8 times more retention time to UV for its work.
Membrane technology improves the transferency of water & no deposition take place on the Quartz Glass of UV system which improves the performance of UV system.
In our video we mentioned that Horizontal Position of UV Chamber is better than Vertical Position. It not means that Vertical design is totally wrong.
The cabinet which we select for domestic use has a clamps for fix the filters in such a position that we have to fit all cartridges in Vertical position only including UV.

Sir I have just bought cute model 60 nf and uv, I need a pipe from tap down to the basin so that we can fill the water in a bigger vessel or our earthen pot.The representative s are saying not possible . Can you help?
Sir is there any fixed time that in this much time you have to clean pre filter and in 9-12 months you have to check carbon and sediment filter...does maintenance frequency varies with municipal water or barewell water...

Recently i have purchased ro from your brand innovative technocare.it is novx pro NF + RO. Today i installed it. So in that i want to give u some feedback about it
1. Water quality is good as u informed 800 tds to 200 tds with balanced ph value is around 8
2.inside part quality is good appropriated
3.super water flow from clean water and less from dirty water
Some point which is make me slightly unsatisfied
1.outer body arrangment not at level
2.body being connected with screw which is i thing will have slipping after 2 to 3 year from thread bcz we usually 3 to4 times tank to be clean in year. So need to think differently for body assy.
3.even after slightly costlier,UV lamp indication LED not given which makes to be costume blind bcz we dont know is UV lamp working or not.
4.no any paper written warrenty has been given from your company but when i called to costume care then executive simply told me sir 1 year warrenty is then no problem u just call us for any kind of help but i dont know how i covince to myself for this verbal agreement.

Hi I am stay in mumbai near worli naka ....here we getting bmc water...that y I m using RO water ......my tds is 7....is that good
No. 7 TDS is too low it is near abt distilled water. RO is nt recommended for Municipal supply water (Surface water). For BMC water UF is sufficient n if u wnt to go for best u can go for UF+UV.
R we supposed to clean For every 3months or 6months

Hello sir..after seeing this video..I ordered your product..while coming only some filters were broken, but service replaced with some other brand..that too is fine..still my TDs level is more than 250..when talking to your technical team they promised my TDs level will be below 200.. after all discussions only I brought your product..after complaining they sent new filter, still my TDs level is 230 ..if I am calling they are asking to wait for two days and check..how do TDs will differ after two this..what sort of customer service is this sir??

The carbon block filters remove more contaminants than the GAC filters due to the larger surface area. The contaminants are in contact with more carbon for a longer period. Carbon blocks can remove chlorine more effectively,
As per me retention time is more in GAC than Carbon Block.

No sir. To clean RO membrane we need to circulate Acid base & Alkaline base chemicals from membrane to remove scaling & biological fouling. But it is not practical & successful into domestic RO Membrane.

Uv lamp should never be touched with bare hands as the oils in the skin react with the gas and can blast the lamp..

@@narayan_parajuli Logically once ur tank gets filled there will be a float valve which will automatically turn off the machine. If u take 1 glass of water from this ur machine will automatically get start n refill that 1 glass of water. So if u don't turn off the switch, machine will turn on n off in the process of refilling the water. Hence, whether it is day or night it is always advisable to turn off the switch once the tank is filled and turn on the switch when little water is remaining in the tank.

And as it is connected to overhead tank made up of plastic which during summer in Hyderabad reaches a temperature of 45•C+ Temperatures. So Does that effect the membrane/performance of any filters?

but exposing plastic to warm water may leach harmful carcinogenic plastic compounds and how to clean ss tank, can RO,UF,NF membrane be cleaned by tapping,can we ourselves do whole machine sterilization as done in LG Puricare,how to know when to change membrane as other filters can be seen they are dirty but we cannot tell anything by seeing membrane
Plastic leaching problem can also occur from ur overhead tank if it is of sintex. In purifier normally v consider below 50- 55 degree for the water to paas. SS tank cn b easily cleaned by opening few screws. No, v dont hv a system like LG Puricare. Membrane wil get choked n water will nt come also thr will b no TDS reduction n it will increase then u need to change the membrane.

RO mai ham Pre-filter semi transparent dete hai jisse bina kholehi angar ke filter ko ham dekh sake. Complete brownish hone par aap use kolkar clean kar sakte ho. Frefilter ko 2 bar clean karneke bad fir machine khol kar angarke bhi filter ko claen karana padta hai.

Your water purifier are way expensive than reputed brands like kent, aquaguard, Livpure, Pureit, AO Smith. Any specific reason for you to feel superior than these brands?
Quality of purification stages we give better than most of the brands . For example we give stainless steel UV chamber having industrial design. We buy it from Alfa UV which is India's biggest industrial UV manufaturer. we have to pay them more than 2 times than any other brand for the UV system they give. Our purchase volume is also very less as compared to big brands so due to best quality and less volume, our purchase and manufaturing cost is higher and any other brands. that's why our cost is high.
