I use submersible pump water (underground water from atleast 350 ft depth). It's TDS is 250. I don't know whether the water has added impurities or not. Can you please suggest a purifier which will remove microbes/unwanted impurities but retain all essential mineral count?

Thank you very much for the reply sir. I have bought ro+alkaline purifier. Its output water's ph is around 5.6 - 6.2. & tds 12. Its local company's product and I bought it for only 7000. Now I am regretting the decision after watching your videos and understanding the concepts. I heard biocera alkaline antioxidant filter that could be fitted into any ro filter and it increases PH of output water. Is it good?
Personally I don't trust on Alkaline Cartridge. As per my knowledge they are chemically charged.

Sir we are using borewell water and its tds level is around 600-800. Please suggest me water purifier. Sometimes water taste very bad and Sometimes it feel ok.
You should go with Low TDS RO Membrane which will remove near about 70% not 90% like other RO membranes.

2.What is the effect of variable water temperature on NF, RO, UV membrance performance.
3.Do you have any plans to reduce the plastic footprints in your product.
4.Could you precisely share the technical details like GPD, size, diameter of UV and NF, lifetime of lamp in UV, UV yield, maximum flow per hour etc.
5.Do we need any electrical protection for UV chamber.
6.Do you plan to include temperature probe.
1. Like any plastic waste.
2. Nothing on UF Membrane. In case of NF & RO Membrane if Temperature of water will decrease out put TDS level will also reduce but it will increase back pressure on high pressure pump.
3. We designed 1 UV based system in fully SS.
4. Yes. But it is difficult to inform you here.
5. No. There is protection of Quartz Glass will keep water separate from UV lamp & electricity. We don't need any extra electrical protection for UV chamber.
6. No. It is not needed in Domestic water purification.

@@CMPurifiersbyChandanMantri Well I'm not from such background but I love to encourage people to reduce pollution to protect our planet. It is highly appreciable if you can reduce the plastic footprint by considering outerbody with SS or compostable plastic.
Is there any limit on the period of support for your products. [Background: We reside in Hyderabad and currently we have Pureit marvel model since 8 years (against the same municipal water) which was delivering good in terms of taste & quality but since couple of years the company has stopped providing spare parts. Due to which, the technician replaces non-certified parts and now water taste & quality seems to be changed as we frequently get throat infection problems.]

Very informative video... Nicely explained and helpful in seàrching genuine filters online.
About the point of UV filter - I opened my aquaguard UV filter and checked to find out why they gave aluminium body. Fact is that- aluminium casing given for reflection, water passes through the glass tube.
So inside the aquaguard reviva UV filter, they provide 2 opening. 1 where the UV light is inserted, 2nd where glass tube from where the water is passes through for UV treatment.

Hi, Thank you for the video. I am confused between two options of purifiers. 1. ro + uv+uf and 2. ro+uv+uf+ auto tds. 2. tds of water at my home is 150 but I think RO is must to remove the chemical impurities like arsenic, lead, pesticides etc. which can not be removed by UV alone 3. RO reduce the tds but I think we get the pure water and these minerals can also be obtained from food items we eat. please comment 4. I think ro purifiers with auto tds provide less pure water than without auto tds feature. please comment
TDS controller is logicless. It is nothing but buy pass valve which mix some portion of impure water in to pure water. If we are not getting mineral from water then why most of the companies are giving TDS Controller & mixing raw water into RO water to increase the TDS level. Main source of getting minerals is food but water is additional source. Hence we are losing most of the minerals in food due to over cooked, over processed, over junkness, heavy usage of pesticides & chemical fertilizer, we can’t ignore the second source of mineral which is water.

The water source at our home is a "Deep Boring" with a varying water table depth (from 110 ft. to 440 ft.). The TDS value is between 298-330 (from two different places in the home). What configuration water purifier should we consider for purchase?
Also, the overhead tank is not regularly cleaned, which results in sedimentation of particulate matter at the bottom level of the tank. Will this influence the ppm of TDS count for the inlet water source of the purifier, as it will be connected with the overhead tank?
Also, can you suggest the water purifier brands that should be considered for purchase and have a reliable reputation in the market?

Recently i have purchased ro from your brand innovative technocare.it is novx pro NF + RO. Today i installed it. So in that i want to give u some feedback about it
1. Water quality is good as u informed 800 tds to 200 tds with balanced ph value is around 8
2.inside part quality is good appropriated
3.super water flow from clean water and less from dirty water
Some point which is make me slightly unsatisfied
1.outer body arrangment not at level
2.body being connected with screw which is i thing will have slipping after 2 to 3 year from thread bcz we usually 3 to4 times tank to be clean in year. So need to think differently for body assy.
3.even after slightly costlier,UV lamp indication LED not given which makes to be costume blind bcz we dont know is UV lamp working or not.
4.no any paper written warrenty has been given from your company but when i called to costume care then executive simply told me sir 1 year warrenty is then no problem u just call us for any kind of help but i dont know how i covince to myself for this verbal agreement.

1. We r wrkg on outer body bt not been able to import the same within n outside India and for making our own cabinet there is a huge investment that will hv to do.
2. We have nt given UV LED in ths bt we hv given u buzzer if UV is nt wrkg.
3. We don't have any offc outside India so out of Mumbai region company will not able to provide Installation service and warranty which we already mentioned on our website so along with the machine we provide one extra set of filters and half of the electrical spare parts against warranty and apart from this we also give replacement if any part is nt wrkg within 1 year in understanding but nt in written form.
