I actually prefer the sound of the mahogany guitar -- the rosewood one booms, it has too much bass (maybe it's just how it's played). I think George Lowden actually developed the WL for Sheeran -- it started out as his custom model and then it went into production. The funny thing is that, although the word 'wee' means 'little' in Scotland and Ireland, it's slang for urine in much of England. A lot of people would find the name quite amusing. I grew up in London and didn't hear the Scottish/Irish meaning until I was a bit older.
These small Lowdens all sound good. Enjoyed your jamming. More shoutouts!
We will indeed. Thanks for commenting!
This is great! I love the playing from both you guys because I like to hear multiple styles. Keep it up
Hi Brendan, these guitars are simply amazing. Are the WL25 and WL35 custom ones? I see that they don't have any pickguard on them.
These ones are not customs. I believe they have a pick guard... gotta look later.
@@HeartbreakerGuitars Lowdens tend to have clear pick guards. You can clearly see the pick guard on the guitar on the left at 1:37.

Please bring in Sheeran Guitars and do a comparison!
I second this! Please do!
The moment they get here, we will!
We absolutely will!
How wide is the waist on the bottom of the guitar? And how long? Cant find the dimensions anywhere
