The ingenuity of the magnets used for the crockery and glasses was magnificent to say the least. I am very happy to see the smaller boats are making a comeback. Thank you Nick!
Love the magnet idea on the plates and cups. Think they should all have them and magnetic tops everywhere, so if someone puts a glass done, it doesn't get spilt.
I know the drill and I'm glad to see The Wave™ in fine form. This boat is absolutely stunning. Great layout, decent decor and SOOO many features well implemented, while still keeping everything pretty spacious. Price-wise, I think it's about what I'd expect to pay for something as good as this. The only thing I'd miss is the option of having the upper deck fully enclosed, due to the sort of weather I usually deal with, but this one is certainly on my Wishlist!
Like this size, small enough for tight spaces large enough for coastal cruising. Interior layout has been refined quite nicely. Can’t wait to go for a high speed run! Thanks for the tour Nick
What a lovely boat! Yes, you can see the quality...did you notice what the oven was!? - It;s VERY expensive! Really like this one Nick, thank you for the tour!
A very practical three season boat. Galley on the back deck for hot days. Air Conditioned below provides a cool break from the Summer's heat. But where is the "FUN"? As common sense might suggest, FUN and practical boating don't mix. Well they BOTH live comfortably in this Windy 40RS. Nice boat. Fun tour. Thanks Windy and Thank You Nick for the tour.
Love all these Windy boats. They seem to be a great balance between cruising, overnighting, and sporting. Plus great features like the configurable sun bed, boot area, dedicated fender storage, the retractable Bimini tops, and separate shower. It looks like the pad on top of the wet bar is intended to be a little seat to perch on when the wet bar is not in use. Not to mention they’re great looking.
That is a beautiful boat! For the legendary Windy quality i think the price is very reasonable. I also like the reinstatement of the table/seating area below, although that may not suit everyone. I remember when the Ghibli had this, then they changed it so there was just a bed and no table and seating, and I wasn't so keen. Just depends on how you intend to use the boat. Many comments recently have mentioned that boat prices are going through the roof, so I really think this is good value for money. Of course there are many, many options for that kind of price, both in size and style, and the pre-owned market gives you so much choice, but if this is the type of boating you desire then this is the one to buy, in my opinion.
Hi Nick, Anf thank you for again a great show of a new Windy this time the Windy Camira 40RS and there are a lot of windy's on your channel to find but this one is a great examble and looks great again what a sports/speed boat it is 2 big D6 with the maximum of horse power, this type with a nice salon or bedroom all in together 2 bedrooms and a head with separate shower very need Thanks again Nick a great show of this Windy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It's no Gulf Craft Majesty 175 but who doesn't love a Windy and a new model to boot you are spoiling us Mr Burnham sir. I've always said to myself anything 40ft and up would have to have a saloon but this would be an exception for 40ft. I would definitely have the hard top version, love all the new gadgetry stuff Windy have come up with (like the screen controlling the boat) but would have to see the two cabin version before deciding on which to go for. Nick isn't it time for Marianne to do another boat tour 🤔 anyway all the best from Cornwall 🤗👌🖖
Nick, I know you film these extravaganzas solo because of space and economy, but watching you struggle one handed with that bolster on the rear sun pad made me wince. You'll do yourself a real mischief one of these days and that'll be the end of it.
Love the magnetic glasses and crockery, great idea. Nice boat all round and good speed. Think the D6s are a good choice, they sound alright too being a 6 cylinder and still quick, fuel easy to find and a bit better on fuel than outboards. Thanks for the the tour Nick.
That is a fine looking boat. I wonder what would become of the engine bay, were one to opt for the outboards. The options are many, I would think. Another great video, Nick. And...please, do not edit anything out of your videos; I think we all enjoy seeing your faux pas.
Nick, thank you! Where to start on this one....! This is in my top 3 if i was to spend that kinda budget.... (yes I've got a few lottery tickets) I love the footrest at the helm with 'matching' throttle increase, genius! Quality and engineering is superb throughout.
Hi Nick. Thanks for the great video as always. Do you know whether the swim platform can accommodate a lightweight jetski? Consider this Camira 40RS over the Princess V40 but a jetski is a must.
I like this configuration. I would love to see the outboard configured with the 2nd cabin. I'd think you'd have large storage space where volvo penta engines are on this boat.
Very nice and well balanced boat. Would it be possible to have a third single bed cabin ? Impressed by the bathroom in a boat this size. thanks for the video.
Fantastic and very well thought out weekend rocket ship! Nick, you must have the knees of a 20 year old the way you get in and out of these boats with tight engine holds. The magnetic glasses, plates and mugs are genius. I don't think I've ever seen that. Put a metallic table in the cockpit and you can have lunch flying at 40 knots except you might have to put a magnet in your sandwich! I don't think around $ 1,000,000 USD is all that expensive for this kind of aesthetically designed and engineered boat. Seems almost like a bargain.
Lots of clever ideas, but I'm not sure who this boat is for. It's more than just a day boat, but the accommodation is a little basic for a 40 foot weekender.
@6 mins, the throttles rise to suit a standing position but not the touch screen trim tab controls...which might be a problem at 45 knots. Why not have engines and trim tabs combined in a similar way to performance cars e.g. select launch control, top speed, economy cruising, rough ground/sea etc. ?
Lovely boat ❤❤. I do often wonder what the lifespan of all the little actuated gizmos and how annoying it'll be in 15 years time when the actuators stop working
Me too tbh, the failure rate of Gizmos -unnecessary toys and over complicarion - particularly affecting motor Vehicles , starts getting to be a very serious Failure issue from about the fifth year in general. I try to avoid anything but Base Models in general, but not much help any longer due the extent interconnectedness has become. For example, you can have such badly designed Suspension and Suspension Geometry, that instead of fixing the actual problem with a good design and geometry, an electronic fix is resorted to instead. I had one such vehicle supplied for work, and if hitting a puddle, the damnedcthing would go into an extended Aquaplane effect, long after having left the puddle. After it almost caused a head on collision with a lorry as the car had thrown me into the wrong side of the Road, I provided my own vehicle, and the Boss traded the thing in to get rid of it. My sister had a pretty recent Car, and the Gizmos started Failing in tnat, and it took some sorting out. KISS principles, ergonomics, and user Friendly intuitive principles have unfortunately become abandoned in general it seems, in favour of Driving up prices via Over Complexity it appears. 🤔
Always suprised by the shape and built quality of Windy. The deep V for very robust driveability even on quite rough waters. Nick or the prices you mention always excl. or incl VAT?
windys are not expensive ,they cost what they are worth, if I could afford one I would choose windy over a cheaper product as the quality would mean they would keep there value
Beautiful boat, but SO many un-necessarily powered hatches, steps, covers, garages, etc. Give it 5 years in the salt and none of them will be working, not to mention it adds more cost to building the boat. The best engineering is the simplest and most elegant solution to something that provides the most longevity for the lowest cost. Powering everything with switches and electric motors that could have easily been done with a hand-operated latch does not meet that definition.
yes, expensive , as ever :-) Nice layout though . great for weekends , maybe a month ? how many times a year ? Nice for a few ;-) Not sour grapes :-) Respect , can drop 750 k + 10 % yearly stuff :-) What a quandary , have a really nice boat that I should spend a lot of time on , really is space for 4 ! If you can pay cash , go enjoy ! Cruise around the Med :-)
Love the style and build quality. That being said the sleeping arrangements are poor for a 40 foot boat. I guess I shouldn't critique as this is way out of my league.
I love all the times you say "I’ll edit that out later" although you never do. Cracks me up every time. Love your videos!
What a proper 'little ship' they've created.Fast fun across the waves, and yet casual comfort for puttering about and cove camping.Brilliant set-up.
The ingenuity of the magnets used for the crockery and glasses was magnificent to say the least. I am very happy to see the smaller boats are making a comeback. Thank you Nick!
Beautiful innovative boat. 5 years of aquaholic videos and the first that i can recall with magnetic glasses and dishes. Excellent
Haha, the Windy boss at the very end looks super happy his boat's closed off, glaring at you waving his arm. 🤔😅
Love the magnet idea on the plates and cups. Think they should all have them and magnetic tops everywhere, so if someone puts a glass done, it doesn't get spilt.
always wondered why they don't to it for modular furniture.
That should be smugglers blues 3 it suits you nick, I love windy's, great tour as always thankyou 👍
Really smart, i have a soft spot for Windy. 👍❤️🇬🇧
Love all the innovative layout and the quality of the fittings!

What a beautiful boat - I can see it becoming SB3!
Absolutely your next boat after Smugglers Blues. This one has so much, the quality for a price, but well worth it.
Lovely boat as Windy’s always are! Really well thought out and highly detailed so love this one. Thanks Nick!
My pleasure!
Lovely machine and nice configuration too
I'm a nut for the fly bridge boats but ya know, I'm starting to like some of these sports boats 😁👍🏴
What a wonderful day / weekender boat. Great size galley - could even spend a week on this one.
Great boat. I like the layout, a lot better than previous models. Again giving you more space. Thank you for the tour of her Nick
Our pleasure!

Nick, it’s always a pleasure! And as a horological enthusiast myself, I would love to see a video covering your collection some day!
A nice, well thought out 40-footer.

Wonderful tour of a superb boat, as all Windy’s are.
brilliant features packed into this windy! thanks for the tour, as always!

Wow.. wood work looks great Sir.. and looking great as always Nick Sir
Thank you kindly
I loved the 39 and was my dream boat. This though is very special 😍 great tour as always nick!!

Nicely done Nick, always nice to see the more “affordable “ boats as well as the exotics

Nice slammer, if that’s the style of boat you like.
It's a slammer if you don't know how to handle a fast boat I guess...
Nice repost Nick. It’s still a nice pretty boat 😅
@@donnydonny7770 Repost of what?

I wouldn't mind!!
Windy has certainly shown their prowess here. What a beautiful and capable girl she is.
Fun and practical.. Awesome
I like this one. A lot. Thank you Nick
Great video. Great boat
They've styled the Top like 'RED' with F1 front supports!
Brilliant boat and video nick 🚤🛥⛵️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
wow, you can certainly see where the money goes on these boats. that one looks V cool.
I can almost smell the new boat smell through my computer screen Nick !!
Just commenting to help the channel. Keep up the good work!
Thanks!

Adding it to my list of boats I will buy once I win the Euro millions!

lovely boat, would have the second cabin. This will sell lots
Great looking boat; seems like a good time on the water. I have to wonder how the black radar dome affects the electronics in warmer climes?
What about the compartment where the second cabin would be ???
God forbid you ever become one handed , but if you do , you will be pretty good at it.
will the high-low platform hold a small tender? (if so about how big?)
