I love this youtube channel this was one of the first youtube channels I've ever consistently watched from over 8 years ago even before I knew how to make my own account. Over the years I've slowly stepped back from this channel and watched less and less consistently until I stopped entirely. I was devastated to hear the passing of Francis. I was afraid of how the show might change going forward. But my fears are gone after seeing the same smile and joy as I did almost a decade ago. I randomly stumbled on this video and was hit by a wave of emotion. The nostalgia was crazy everything is as I remembered it. I missed these videos alot. Thank you for doing everything vyou do
Francis's spirit is still here to give us these amazing recipes with Chef. His legacy will live forever. I'm very happy they use old footage of his intros. I love these easy to follow recipes and need to try them more.
