Can autopilot make robo taxis drive themselves in the UK? Tesla's BIG NEWS - but outside the US?

Exciting news from Tesla! Not only have they launched Full Self Driving as a finished product, they are going to unveil fully automated "Robo Taxis".
But what does this mean in the UK? I have tested Autopilot quite a few times and been disappointed. Lots of people use Tesla as a taxi, but I don't think they drive themselves. Lets try it out and see how steep a hill Tesla still have to climb in the UK.
