I understand that He's 51 years old. But because he's on them roids. He's giving a hundred percent on his upper body. He's neglected his legs.
He works his legs hard. They just aren't genetically as good as his upper body.
But because he’s on them roids…? You may wanna TH-cam his leg works out before calling someone out on roids!! Whenever someone brings up the roids factor it’s the biggest annoyance factor in a conversation, you still have to out in the work

Nah, no roids... EVERYONE looks better physically in their 50's...I also sell used cars....
I mean you can look better in certain situations if you didn't work out much previously, but you won't be working out your whole life like him and then get even bigger and stronger in your 50's when you're already huge. That's not realistic.

Works hard as possible. But there is no growth comin from his training anymore. He is holding muscle and creating really good muscle endurance only
Size comes on only when he doses high for roles if needed. But its good for his Overall health. Needed from years, decades of ON and Off cycles..
He could get away with maintenance training easy. With less effort but im assuming he still enjoys the grind
You would have to be around his weight (or a very strong few stones lighter) to lift as heavy as he does 😂

@@RealRock9460well no crap dude. None of us own mansions and drive Ferrari cars like Dwayne. Dude was born with a famous wrestling dad that forced young Dwayne into wrestling and then Vince McMahon booked Dwayne into a mega wresstar and that eventually pushed dwayne into a hollywood star. We can't deny his highly successful but, in reality the richer he got over the decades the more of a cocky selfish dude he became. Dwayne eventually started owning the rights to the fast and furious spin offs with his own rules and tried to own DC and destroyed DC with his horrible script plans and always demands his the hero in every movie and gets the spotlight over everyone else and made Hollywood films sign a contract that the rock always needs to look strong in fighting scenes where Dwayne doesn't get hit too much lol. Dwayne continued to show up on film set hours late and has made a lot of his co star partners not want to work with him anymore and then Dwayne calls himself the people's champion which is hilarious cause his lying to his people fans saying his not on roids but, he is in fact on the roids. I use to be a fan of the rock but, in reality his high massive money fame ego has made him convince his in charge over every film his in and trying to be the super hero in every movie which was why black Adam flopped so bad because black Adam is supposed to be a villain but, Dwayne said screw the fans, let's destroy the original comic books and change history and make black Adam a hero. It sounds like I'm hating but, Dwayne has been causing a lot of negativity recently.
