  • This video project is a close look at Auburn's explosive run plays of at least 30-yards under Gus Malzahn. Auburn has produced 57 such plays under Malzahn's offense against Power-5 competition. I featured many of these plays in this video, breaking down some of the keys to the success of the play.
This feature is a non-profit production created for the Auburn Family and college football fans. I hold no copy-rights to the contents found in this video.

Gus will alwaysb be my favorite coach. When he has blockers he will win. Good luck to Coach. Believe he got tired of the fan base.

Gus tried to change to a passing offense, it failed, but the speed and talent we have on roster right now he needs to go back to 2013 offense and run it 70 times a game.. no defense today can last long enough to withstand that kind of game...

Alot of teams have copied off of Malzhan offense with a good dual threat qb this offense is dangerous.

In that conference Gus will rule with this...
The SEC caught up to him and he never adjusted once they did...
Just kept running the same ole plays to the point where the defense knew what was coming...
      But I wish him success...War Eagle 🦅🐅🦅🐅....

really really good video to show run blocking and how to design plays that make life difficult for a defense.

Funniest thing about the hold against Alabama that robbed Shivers was that Canella put the linebacker in a better position to make the tackle than he could have lol

This the reason people FEAR this offense and coaches in the NFL copying it . But the QB that runs like a threat. Takes it to another level. So f DANNY SHERIDAN, AND LOMBARDI BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T DEFEND IT..AND TEMPO CAN BEAT ANybody's defense.

Nick Marshall made that offense hum. Like Newton did. Stidham a little less mobile but had his day.

Remember when we had a legit shot at landing Dyer, Seastrunk, AND Lattimore? 1, 2, and 3. Damn shame none of those guys are playing ball now. Dyer could have been a legend at Auburn. Lattimore could have been an NFL beast.

I guess Malzahn could not fully trust a guy who played fpor him, but IMHO Rhett Lashley called a perfect offecnsive game against Arkansas when they played at Auburn in 2015. The defense was awesome to help him out, but he was good from the very first paly until the last.
    Enjoy your videos! War eagle!

Gus really stop using two RB in the backfield which had great success. The rules affected Gus. One, in particular, is the open field chopblock rule changed the way those pulling guards had to block in the open field. Made it easier for defenses to defend.
