This is Mark and Pam. It was so fun to spend time talking with you and Casandra at the farmers maker. We got a real kick about you referencing our conversation. It will be interesting to see what you end up with in your orchard. One of the trees that I think would fun is the Paw Paw tree. I think you may need a pair to get fruit. Will can probably help. Also Ann of all trades (in Tennessee) was able to get her’s to fruit.
Thank y’all for stopping by and talking. It’s always good to see viewers’ faces! We actually have two Paw Paws just not in the orchard. They like to be in low lying areas so ours are in the backyard where all the rain water runs through. We had our first fruit form this year but I think a chicken or dog got a little too curious with it and it disappeared.
If it was my yard, I would say, “Wow! I have an amazing growing season here! I am SO blessed! I’m going to grow all the food I can between my trees, and kindly share it with my neighbors (who don’t like my way of life,) when times get tough and they are hungry.” 💕🌱 (Jeremy, you may want to watch David the Good’s videos on Grocery Row Gardening; he also has written a book on it.) 😊
Love those chairs!
