    330g icing sugar

    500g unsalted room temp butter

    Lovely video! What is the purpose of the boiling water? :)

      Thank you xx The boiling water will melt the sugar so it has no grit, it improves the texture and taste of the buttercream making it very silky.

    How many cupcakes can this cover?

    • @oli45c
      @oli45c  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It would really depend your icing them I generally make a very large batch when I do it so I’m going to say 6 if you do really large swirls like I do or 12 if you don’t
