The chosen has absolutely helped me to realize what a beautiful faith I have. Sometimes I'm devastated the next time. I am laughing hysterically after that I'm crying my eyes out. I don't even know how to explain the joy that watching the chosen about our Savior has brought me. It is actually help me to understand more than I ever did from the Bible And the happiness that it brings me when I realize some thing I am reading that I have watched, actually seen played out, strengthens my faith. I don't know if that's right or wrong or good or bad I can only tell you that it brings me such joy, and a feeling of security. God bless you heavenly father must be so proud. I always have to wonder is Jesus watching episode seven and waiting for eight, lol I would have to say yes, that he probably gets as excited as we do. Because of the chosen, I feel like I know him more again God bless you and thank you for the chosen.
You have perfectly described my experience, too. I also want to add that The Chosen is the best fellowship I have experienced, been longing for among the body of Christ yet could never find it. For me, it is like the missing piece, and yes, The Chosen has made the Word come alive for me. It has humanized the experiences of the disciples, which has made me feel the most connected to Jesus than I have ever been before. God bless the team that has produced this program and all their effort. And Father, in the precious name of Your son, Jesus, I pray blessings on all who watch and gain a closer relationship to You.

I don't care if there are people out there that say it well they add stuff to it how the heck they not otherwise it would make sense and the thing is so beautifully written, and produced there. Anybody out there that work hole a negative on it it's just looking to have a problem. @@beverleymorrison5248 hey man I actually do ha ha I watch the whole thing at least twice a week and today I started with season episode three no season to the last episode and watched all season three up to seven so I will be in the know, lol so excited thank you Dallas and everybody involved because it only strengthen my faith. I thought it was strong but now I know what it is and God bless everybody that watches it.

The scene with the old shepherd is phenomenal. Not only the entire concept of him having purchased his children's debt, but the scene has an amazing degree of humor in it as well - Gaius' reactions are priceless as are Matthew's facial expressions. Matthew is fixated on the numbers and the shepherd goes on and on, Matthew has no idea what to think. It weaves that degree of humor with the most beautiful and touching and sad scene! WELL DONE by the writers and actors alike! Someday, Matthew will understand!
I think it was an angel, or the LORD somehow, who we know in old testament he showed up to other's....

After watching that scene again, I just realized that it's just as much about planting seeds in Gaius' heart than it is about Matthew's
What an episode! I like that they keep the sadness, frustration and shame real, because all Christian’s have gone through that but Jesus always redeems us ❤

I keep watching seasons 1 through 3, over and over again. I haven’t seen any of season 4 yet. Frankly, I’m terrified to watch, because WE ALL know the story. It’s heartbreaking, and I cry just thinking about what actually happened. Has anyone noticed that on nearly every Good Friday, it gets bleak or overcast about 3:00pm, every year? Growing up, my mom asked us to be quiet in the house for an hour, from 3 to 4, every year on Good Friday. My heart!!! Thank YOU Jesus!!! Thank YOU for your sacrifice, and for LOVING us all, regardless of our sins. I can’t express the LOVE that I have for YOU Dear Lord. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

It was extremely painful to see you fighting the haters after the episode tonight. While I watched your sweet face trying to deal with the evil of this world proves that the end of this earth age is coming quickly.
Because you're my brother in Christ, it cuts to my core. Amazingly, at my age, Jesus has pulled me back from the battlefield. fve had to get away from evil people who enjoys shaming me for my faith, so my armor is almost worthless, but I'll keep it on to the end.
The Lord pointed out that it was time for me to step away from the front line which I enjoyed working..
You and I know time is coming to an end where we will be condemned by this world. It's worse than I thought Isaiah, so please be safe.
I'm praying for you and your family. God bless you for stepping up so old people like me can turn to witnessing from a wheelchair. I'll give up when I tell that last nurse at my bedside about Jesus.

The part about Matthew and Mary and the prayer tassel’s was so extremely touching! How many of us have had pain from loss? I can so relate 😢 to Peter and Eden’s loss. This episode really spoke to me in so many ways! Thank You Lord God for Your Grace and Mercy🙏🙏🙏❤️

A statement in your comment is exactly why the chosen is not good. You state "full of followers of the show", what happened to followers of Jesus? This show has brought many Johnathan Roumie fans and the chosen fans. Jesus said "follow me". Not to mention the tons of money the show has made. Also there are non biblical, non Christian influences related to this show. It's amazing how Roumie sucks up to the pope during a visit with him and vice versa. The pope calls himself holy father, the Bible says not to call anyone father in that sense. Roumie also flaunts a skull ring and is seen in bars. When he prayed for the masses people were in awe more than they are when they read the words of Jesus in the Bible. Christians need to have discernment about what they listen to and who they follow. None of us perfect but we must look to God's Word for truth.

I am late to the "party" and have binged "The Chosen" ....so thankful that I finally watched this!! Blessing to all who have worked so hard to bring this to those with ears to hear and eyes to see!
This was awesome! I love how Peter was very honest about his emotions! He knew who Jesus was, but at the same time he was angry that this pain hit his home, yet at the same time he felt guilty for having the emotion of anger. Love it!

Worthwhile to look up Telemachus, the boy. He grew up to be an early martyr stoned for ending gladiator games in Rome.
St. Telemachus and the boy in this story are two different people. In the Bible, the boy who brought the fish and loaves wasn't identified by name. The Chosen applied the name Telemachus to flesh out the story. St. Telemachus lived, and died, almost 400 years after the feeding of the 5K.
