Just recently got into my second year of HVAC (doing commercial and restaurant installs) and looking to get into supermarket refrigeration. This video was a huge help and very informative!
Thanks, I've been reading the hole book of modern ac and refrigeration, it has helped me to understand most of the things you were talking about, i also have some residential experience. Once again, thank ya'll
Does that side discharged aux 22:30 distributor apply for hot gas by pass also ? He made it clear of using it for hot gas defrost but what about hot gas by pass?

32:34 This must be a version of a Economizer. I worked with one using R22 that flashed off a lot at -30 F. It used what was called a Economizer. It did very much the same thing. 350 Hp unit with a spiral freezer.
Sporran show us detail of individual part work. How about info on the whole rack system, piping route, piping strategy, defrost sequence basically how the whole system work.
snapdragon 805 that is the phase monitor. 3 phase power is brought into that control. In the case of a phase loss, that control will sense that it lost 3 phase electric and open/close the set of contacts on the bottom there, depending on how it’s wired. And all that’s going to do is open up the control circuit for the compressor contacters so the compressors don’t single phase.
Give up a marriage to his mistress Commercial Refrigeration. More true than not. I don't know one Refrigeration guy who has not been thru multiple marriages due to this job. If you value sleep , your wife or have kids do not get into Refrigeration.
