You have it on upside down. The oil lines on the radiator should be at the top so it fills completely up. Otherwise the oil doesn't completely fill the radiator, it just passes threw the first core.
Does it say what side is the inlet side and the outlet side? Im getting a oil cooler for my 125cc ssr and I'm just fucking lost on witch hose goes where. Or does it not matter?
@@gavinguerrero9271 my buddy got a oil cooler on his but I'm tryna find one differently bc the way its mounted. Where did you find this one? Bc Amazon doesn't have it
Naw wen he say super tight he fr I literally 30 mins just finished my 150 and the bolt for oil cooler was not super tight it was tight tho for sure but really tighten dem
Do you legit think that works? There’s no oil channel to where the banjo bolts are placed plus you have no oil pump! How is it supposed to work, by breaking laws of physics and have a flow up a hose by itself? I bet that if you loosen the return hose you’ll see that the oil cooler is still empty and probably only 4 drops of oil in the hose...
Honestly I think it does, maybe not the best but slightly, I’ve sold the bike a while back but when I ran it I noticed a drop in oil level so I’m assuming it did pickup some oil in the hoses and radiator, honestly I just bought it more for looks than performance, the bike never ran too hot so
Yeah I mean if oil is just circulating through the oil cooler I am very confident that it works and cools it. But it is about the flow, I genuinely don’t know how it would circulate, gravity fed is impossible at least.

from one small channel to another, u make bomb content g
FYI the oil cooler hoses are supposed to be mounted on top of the oil cooler.
So you need to put more oil in the motor thought you had to put it directly in the cooler

You put the cooler on upside down!! Good lord. Video title: How not to mount your oil cooler.
After this radiator tactic, what brand do you use as oil number how many oils are viscosity number

What's the long term update on that oil cooler being that way?
Held up fine for as long as I had it, sold the bike over a year ago maybe close to two, but put many hours on it and it’s been fine
@@gavinguerrero9271 my buddy got a oil cooler on his but I'm tryna find one differently bc the way its mounted. Where did you find this one? Bc Amazon doesn't have it
Can these fit on a ssr 110?
Yup
Does it matter were you connect the oil lines ? I'm just asking cause I don't know if there's in inlet and in outlet for the oil you know what I mean
As long as you connect them like how I did you would be fine
O...OK! I am from the Cleveland Oh. area just thought that would of been cool to have on my bike.
Oh yeah that would have been a nice touch lol
Donde lo puedo conseguir
Do they increase performance
Not really, they just keep the oil temperature down to make the motor run cooler, I’m sure it does a little bit since the bike won’t run too hot
@@gavinguerrero9271 ok would you be able to do it to a stomp 125
Yup, all these motors are the same
@@gavinguerrero9271 alright thx for feedback

I know the head has an oil pick up but I’m sure it doesn’t circulate oil good enough to actually be incredibly useful
Where can I order
