My favorite generation of Celica with my favorite drivetrain package for it. Definitely a fun little car if you don't blow up the engine by trying to boost it too hard. Plus, they built these things like tanks, so the suspension components are really tough, though you'll still need to replace the shocks for new after that long if they haven't been already. Overbuilt steel still won't stop shock seals from perishing. But realistically, all if would need if you picked up one of these that hadn't been touched is new shocks all around, new vacuum lines, and new suspension bushings and engine/transmission mount bushings. Basically everything else should still be fine.
Recently got an all trac turbo (gt4). Same color and I wish my paint was as immaculate as this one's, Too bad im in the rust belt aswell, need to look for a bodyshop soon!

I just got offered a 1990 Celica ST185 from my cousin. And it has the Carlos Sainz decals. 124k miles on the clock, non turbo, FWD but man... looks beautiful and sounds beautiful. Not on the road since 2013! Few bits of rust! Had 4 new spark plugs and a few bangs on the fuel pump with the screwdriver handle, and it started 1st time, running smooth! Cant wait to have it MOT ready and make it my baby!

You didn't mention that the steering wheel pops up when you take the key out, almost as fun as the lights.

@@thatskylinegal9283 A little over a year. I just love how it looks/drives/sounds. I've done some bolt on mods and added a Supra style spoiler(trying to make it look like a mini Supra)...I plan on eventually swapping in the GT-Four engine to give it some much needed power :)
