@wood4902 in 2019 the Lincoln Nautilus was available with an option called Ultra Comfort Seats with Active Motion. These seats came with 22-way power which included 4-way adjustable headrest and power thigh extenders. They also had the massage feature. A very nice option to have in your vehicle. It had to come that way from the factory, it was not available as a dealer install.

Thank you for your reply. I'm looking into purchasing 2019-2022 Nautilus or XT5. I have a SRX with thigh extension and it's become a must-have.
