I bought a Reserve III Jet Package Nautilus last week. Just an FYI - You don't have to look at the screen to change the temp or turn things on or off. Just say "Hey Google" and tell the car what you want on/off or what you want the temp to be, etc. I'm loving my new Lincoln!
I am writing to further express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent purchase of a Lincoln Nautilus 2024 from your dealership. While my initial communication outlined the numerous issues and defects I have encountered with the vehicle, I feel compelled to address additional concerns that have arisen since then. Firstly, I must express my disappointment with the continually increasing prices of your vehicles. As a loyal customer, it is disheartening to see a significant rise in prices without a corresponding improvement in the overall quality of the vehicle and its assembly. The considerable investment made in purchasing a Lincoln Nautilus 2024 should be reflected in exceptional craftsmanship and superior materials, both of which have been sorely lacking in my experience. Furthermore, the quality of service I have received at your dealership has been woefully low. From the initial delivery of the car with missing parts to the dismissive response I received when reporting these issues, I have been consistently disappointed with the lack of attention and care given to my concerns. It is essential to ensure that every customer experiences a smooth and satisfactory purchasing process, but unfortunately, this has not been my experience. Additionally, I must underscore how disconcerting it was to have the car undergo maintenance on poorly maintained roads during the service appointment. This not only further compounded the initial issues but also significantly diminished my confidence in the longevity and performance of the vehicle. In light of these concerns, I kindly request that you address these matters urgently. Considering the substantial financial investment made in purchasing a Lincoln vehicle and the reputation associated with the brand, it is of utmost importance that these issues are rectified promptly. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution that aligns with the high standards expected from Lincoln and its authorized dealerships.
Great review. Really appreciate the thoughful details in the review like the horn test, actual heated wipers, and looking at the rear wiper, which I haven't seen any other reviewer mention. One question i have is on the older nautilus so long as you had the keys you could unlock/lock the vehicle with a touch pad on each of the four doors...just wondering if that is still the case in this new version. As an owner of the 2017 Lincoln MKX with the 2.7L turbo V6 also interested in a performance comparison against the hybrid.
I am really impressed with this SUV especially this trim package, not so much with the tow capacity, but Lincoln has really stepped it up. This no longer looks like a soccer mom ride!!❤❤❤
Great review Kenny! I really like the redesign very much. For me viewing the instruments would for sure take some getting used to. BTW yeah I could see you in a Rapton! Hope that you are doing great!
Nice thorough review, but wondering if this Hybrid model has the exterior alert sound while in reverse? Ive ordered the Reserve lll in Diamond Red and anxiously await its arrival!! This will be my second Lincoln with high expectations based on my last model (2019 Continental Reserve).
I just purchased the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve II yesterday in Phoenix Arizona. I had a 2020 Lincoln Corsair Reserve and traded it in. I was initially looking at the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label (we don’t have the Reserve III here). It was about $10K more than the Reserve II. I feel that my Corsair Reserve had more room in the driver’s seat than this Nautilus. I’m an amputee (right leg) and the steering wheel rubs against my prosthetic. Otherwise the vehicle is beautiful and I’ve driven it twice now.
Getting the Reserve 3 adds another 4,300 just for a better sound system and seat positioning? Wow!! I understand that doubling the number of speakers should cost more, but 4,300? Is it what I would get? Yes, it is, but I see where they are making their money. Are 14 more speakers worth 4,300 extra over the Reserve 2? Hmmmmm
I've driven one. While I like many things with the new Nautilus, it is embarrassing the lack of power it has. It's supposed to be a luxury brand, so it should be better than the Ford equivalent, but its not. Needs a V6. Plus, it costs to much. For the price, I would rather buy a real luxury model like the X5. It has an outstanding powerful inline 6 cylinder engine.
@@nashwave29 Thousands of dollars to to China and the CCP when you buy one. That is my point. Its a 60,000 dollar purchase and big money goes to China.
I bought a 2024 LINCOLN Nautilus I might gave a second though to buying it .Had it 2 months .The day I drove it out the dealership I heard nose applying brakes I found it was ROTORS rusting & it keeps happening after rain or wash the car .Dealership can't do anything unless Lincoln give them the ok .but Lincoln won't correct my problem this probably keeps happening as long as I own this car .it sounds like rubbing Chalk across a blackboard. When you apply the brake imagine what it would be like when it gets snow and salt on the Rotors. !
On 31 July 2024. I purchased a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid. Same brake squealing as you have complained about. Will get front and rear replacements on the rotors, insisted on it. Vehicle is a nice SUV, does have some problems. For the price it should be perfect, it is not! RJDB
@@703Speedthat's not the reason. The MKZ was reliably one of Lincoln's best selling models at over 30k units sold a year before they let it wither on the vine unchanged for 8 years until it fell to 12k units in its final year as an ancient model. By comparison, Navigator and Aviator sold only about 14k each in 2023, yet they continue. They stopped selling sedans solely because SUVs are more profitable per unit and they didn't want to bother with such small margins. So, China got a MKZ successor and the US didn't. The decision was a blunder. Lincoln hasn't sold over 100k vehicles annually since they discontinued it.

On of the best car review TH-cam reviewers. Super underrated
Interior looks like space ship. Overall very luxurious SUV. I would like bigger engine. Great review as always. Greetings
Sucks you gotta get the Aviator or Navigator now to get the 6.
This was a great video on this car. I really like how you explain everything.

It takes a bit of getting used to, but after that it’s kinda cool. I’d love an SVT Raptor - I just don’t think I want to pay for one yet😂
Great review..looks like I found my next car...
Nice review! Keep up the great work.
Wow! Sharp vehicle, Kenny! Test drive for sure!
It was pretty sweet. Needs a more powerful engine option added to the lineup tho
Wow, This all-new Lincoln Nautilus is my buy.
Do you prefer Lincoln or Cadillac?
Absolutely love this car will be my next new car
Awesome job Kenny.
Really nice review. Thanks. Peace bro
Wow...I have never seen a Lincoln that looks like this. I really think Lincoln is now head and shoulders above Cadillac when it comes to SUV's.
It definitely looks and feels great. Cadillac does a better job with the Escalade as compared to the Navigator

All hybrids and electric cars have a proximity alert sound
Not referring to proximity, im referring to an alert sound for just being in reverse@@fallguy4209

You should do a video of some of your favorite vehicles you have reviewed.
That’s a great idea
There are a few things about the design that remind me of the Chery Tiggo.

Does the Reserve 3 have the massage for the passingers seat???

Have to agree with you. I can see an additional $2500-$3000, but $4300 sounds excessive and doesn't sound like a sensible purchase.
In all fairness, the new seat is massaging
Why doesn’t Ford have the camera rear view mirror, GM, Chrysler, many other do?
I've always like Lincoln but the reliability concerns me.
The powertrain reliability?
100000 water pump 4600…catalytic converter 2000…traded that mkx away…never again!

What makes it better than the previous generation?
Exterior looks, interior touch points, interior look, more of a premium feel, etc. The only thing is I wish they had kept the v6

Good!
Wish it were quicker. It's on par with a Nissan Altima acceleration-wise.
It's plenty quick. No one driving this vehicle needs anything quicker.

The dash is "overscreened", of course. Common sense in modern autoindustry is certainly dying.

Why did they stop producing sedans? I hate SUVs.
I'd assume due to a decline in sales
