Every time I come across a video or image of the SR-71 Blackbird, I can't help but click. There's something incredibly captivating about this iconic aircraft. Its sleek design, advanced technology, and historical significance make it a marvel of aviation engineering. The SR-71 not only represents a pinnacle of Cold War-era innovation but also symbolizes the relentless pursuit of speed and excellence. It's fascinating to think about the missions it undertook and the stories behind its development. For aviation enthusiasts like myself, the Blackbird is more than just a plane-it's a testament to human ingenuity and ambition.
Your statement read like lyrics to the synth. It really it an incredible aircraft and the handful of pilots lucky enough to have operated it are the elite of the elite.
Well said. What I find so impressive is that they built such an innovative machine using slide rules with no advanced computational technology, or modern manufacturing capabilities. Despite that handicap they still cost about the same per plane as the F-35, which is designed to be built in much higher and cost efficient volumes. Lockheed Martin seems to run by a different business model these days.
I know I was there in the 80s (complete with sr-71 poster hanging in my room) and remember none of this great style of music. Better late than never :)
@@conchosewing Out of synthpop, rock, etc that used the same elements, synths and sounds in the 80s. One example is the usage of the JUNO 06 release exactly in 1984.

All that money and all the US did with it was piss away democracy so a bunch of do-nothing small business owners could own a boat in florida

Airlines pilots would have saw these things flying 20,000-40,000ft above them in 80s. Wild when airlines already cruise 40,000ft.
the 60s 70s 80s and 90s. Its whats ever replaced it is what they see now.

Your channel is growing really fast
Maybe because it’s not an AI automated channel and all the music has been created by a human with feelings and there is not 10 ads per video 😂
@@babymurcielaga So I am also a AI that has over 10 ads each video, haha 🤣
We're logging in a windows 95 session with this one, boys
I was thinking more like System 6 on a Macintosh II 😀
no CrowdStrike BSOD here!
Windows 95 was years away yet. A bit closer to DOS/360 with green text screens.
We're developing 80s stealth technology with this one 🔥🔥🔥
