Never buy land from anybody unless you sign paperwork and it's notarized. Look up the deed before you purchase property also and see whose name it is and make sure everything matches up. Google the address and if it's for sale on more than one site find out why. Most of these land deals like they're showing here they sell to people who most of the times can't pay for it so they end up getting money for nothing so to say and yeah some of them do sell one lot to multiple people and hopes that everybody don't pay for it.

What are you going to do with this small parcel of land? What about a well or septic? Can you even put a dwelling on it by building codes? @ 4:26 - $4,752 (total price in payments) for $3,495 piece of land, almost 16% interest (15.97%) for not even a 1/10 of an acre of land? What are you going to do with this miniature piece of land, build a house for ants??? So after you make all the improvements to the property and you are unable to pay your payment for some reason? Read the fine print, read the fine print! Right now someone with a 620 FICO Score can get a mortgage for 6.8% You might come out ahead if you just get a personal loan! "Low monthly payments" are how the poor stay poor. Just some advice from an accredited financial counselor. Do whatever you want to with it...
U always do a title search for 10 years, it shows the owners and any liens on prop. There are several companies like this one in Fl and people buy from them because banks don t give loans on land
The government doesn't want disabled people to own property social security makes sure that my wife and I never get ahead the dictate how much money we have they dont want us owning stock,collectables,antiques it's so hard to survive me and my wife deserve a break but no soon as the government gets wind that something good has happened they automatically start taking what little money I get.please help my wife and i we need it.

Want the No income tax state like the Ones in Taxes and Florida in a lower property tax county like Dixie county. For Example
prop tax are cheap for rural land in FL, but once u put a modular home on it, it goes up.
How about some land in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio??
