    Took 30 minutes to set up for my attorney client and we are up and running within 72 hours. There was no long lengthy background check. We added the information which was license number and we were done. I set this up for clients for only $240 flat rate.

    Was debating this lol for days 🤣 Like what?!? There's two! Do I qualify for service ads??! Why?!? Thank you for helping everyone clear this up.

      Haha great question. You have to submit though the local service ads by google website. They should have all the info you need there to qualify.
      Why? Well that’s a good question. Likely a new revenue stream, but also a way to provide “pre-qualified” local services to people searching on google.

    Actually there is a way to do ppc ads call only with the right messaging and quality score and drive the cost down to $4-$7 dollars where google will tell you CPC is upwards of $15-25 dollars

      If you have results to back it up in the HVAC industry I’d be impressed. I have seen some of the top marketing agency’s in hvac and have yet to see one is getting $5-7 per call on google ads.

    In the video you stated that in a local service ads the customer never goes to the website. If I’m not mistaken the address sends them to my Google my business page and they have the option to go to my website from there. Are we talking about two different types of ads? Trying to learn here.

      Local service ads at the time has its own landing page experience although I believe they were trying to integrate it more with your google my business listing. So I believe we are! 👍🏻

    Can you control your radius of how far out your lsa will advertise?

    • @CheviePublicover
      @CheviePublicover  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question. At the current moment it is not based on radius but you choose country city or neighbourhood.

    I have my service area picked on on Local Service Ads but they keep giving me leads outside my area.
    They are still charging me for it.
    Everytime i dispute the charge they immediately deny the dispute.
    Out of 8 leads i only snagged 1...

    • @CheviePublicover

      Hmm, maybe try reducing the geo locations inside your account for the locations closest to where you are receiving the leads from.

  • @HiddenTreasuresEnt
    @HiddenTreasuresEnt ปีที่แล้ว

    When using LSA be prepared to be charged for calls that are non related to the services you provide. The dispute system is controlled by artificial intelligence and not real people so you will be charged for calls that you shouldn't be charged for. On average i pay 200 per week for calls that are non related to the services i provide. Of course i dispute the calls but the ai system denies the dispute.

      Agreed 100%. Over the past few years the volume of low quality and spam calls has definitely increased. Gotta stay on top of it! Great advice! 🔥

    I understand time needed for trial and error, but if I need a year or more to 'optimize' an ad, then I need to not even try advertising on google. Is that a scare tactic? Why would you say such a thing?

    • @CheviePublicover
      @CheviePublicover  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In most cases 2-3 months is how long optimization for google ads takes but many companies struggle and take much longer without sufficient budget and data.
      No scare tactics just the truth. Most people give up on google ads because they don’t have the patience to collect the data.
      Even if you had the perfect account launched with an automated strategy it’s still an algorithm that takes time to learn how your performance compares to others.
