    • @CheviePublicover
      @CheviePublicover  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@itoroe1149 gotcha. Yea great questions. I have heard Home Depot and Costco can both be good spots to be in for getting leads although might eat away at some of the profits depending how much each takes.
      Other ways you can generate leads:
      1) Facebook ads
      2) google ads
      3) google local service ads
      4) optimizing google my business listing
      5) working on your websites seo
      6) you can try other home service channels like Yelp / home advisor / angies list but I typically choose other channels before these.
      7) you can get more involved in community / non profits.
      8) radio or tv although these can be quite expensive relative to the above

    How do you resell Google "Local Service Ads" if the customer has to signup themselves?

    • @CheviePublicover
      @CheviePublicover  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Google local service ads doesn't really require much from an agency stand point. There are ways to support though via MCC account and just helping clients understand the benefits. We don't really "resell" it as much as provide support and recommendations on it if needed.

    As a businessman, my time is limited. Your "the golden nugget is at the end so make sure you stay tuned for that" makes me want to click off the video and find one that gets straight to the point. Just some feedback for you, your videos are for informational purposes, not entertainment. If you were here for entertainment and your goal was viewer retention, then that would be an applicable strategy.
    You are selling your information here so your main goal should be return viewers, acheived by efficiently delivering useful information. Which you do well, so im glad i didnt click off this video based odd your introduction.

    • @CheviePublicover
      @CheviePublicover  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there, I completely understand the entertainment vs. information comparison. Unfortunately creating youtube content that get's seen requires a focus on retention. I do my best to find a balance of giving value throughout but you would likely have never found my content if I didn't focus on retention as TH-cam rewards retention. I hope otherwise I was able to help!

    • @gravestoner2488
      @gravestoner2488 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CheviePublicover perhaps shorter videos with less of "if you stay till the end" and more of whats at the end simply being told rather than foreshadowed, your retention would be the same or higher and thus even more promotion by the algorithm.

    people dont go to Fb to look for a HVAC company.

    • @CheviePublicover
      @CheviePublicover  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      People don’t go to Facebook to look for any business. People don’t listen to the radio to look for an hvac company. People don’t watch tv to look for an hvac company. People don’t look at billboard to look for an hvac company.
      Yet….
      All of these areas get exposure, get in front of your ideal client and can eventually lead to someone choosing your company.
      Facebook can be a great tool for companies to get leads and exposure, even if people are not there for that in the first place.
