We've only had this toy for one day and my dog is already so into it that he manages to get every drawer open, even with all of the bones locked! I'm looking forward to seeing his times improve as he begins to really master the mechanisms and navigate the puzzle more efficiently. :)
Murray, my 6-month old Jack Russell got it right away. LOVES the casino. Spends hours sitting and staring at it when it's on the shelf. Can't wait to move to level 4.
Thanks Nina, my puppy loves her level 1 and 2 puzzle but is confused by this one 🤣 So will definitely try the string. She just can’t figure out how to open it bless her, she wants to!
My god will lick the bones and by that, open the drawers. But he doesn't make the connection that by turning the bones he opens the drawers. Is there a way to help him make the connection?
Hi, it´s an advanced level 3 puzzle, some dogs can find it difficult to make the connection between the bones and the drawers, you can try to show him, some dogs can learn by watching. You find many of my tips with images for the DogCasino also by this link outwardhound.com/furtropolis/product/dog-casino-tips-tricks
How long should we try before we decide this puzzle is not going to interest my dog? We tried all drawers unlocked with ropes on the doors but my dog still doesn't appear to have an interest in even attempting to open the drawers.
This is a level 3 puzzle, and can sometimes be too difficult, especially if it's your dog's first puzzle, or has he used level 1 or 2 puzzles before? You can try adding something extra tasty that smells really good, and set the drawers a little open so it's easier for him to open them. I would instead recommend DogBrick or DogTornado in level 2, which you can also make a little easier in the beginning. Puzzles are like crossword or Suduko for us, if we start with one too difficult, we give up pretty quickly because we can not do it, but it is best to gradually work our way up to more difficult crossword puzzles to understand the concept, the same is often the case with our dogs .
@@Nina_Ottosson thanks for the info! We have the brick puzzle and another level 2 puzzle from a different brand that my dog figured out both in no time. I think we just have to keep encouraging her. She seems to be more and more inquisitive each time we revisit the casino. I appreciate your help.
No dogs are dumb:) They only have different capacity and interest. We have easier puzzles you can try, I would recommend the DogSmart in level 1 or the DogTornado in level 2, as you also can make very easy.

It's always fantastic to see how dogs learn to play, I'm glad your dog likes the puzzle.

I`m glad he enjoy it / Nina
I love that the puzzles can be made easier or harder
That´s is the best, makes it possible to start easier and step by step make the puzzles more challenging.

I hope it works// Nina
@@Nina_Ottosson it did thank you!
@@julie-annwyatt8110 That´s is great, I´m really happy it works.
Just ordered this one!
I hope your dog will love it!
Amazing design!
Thank you.
Is it possible to completely remove the drawers for easier washing?
We don´t recommend to remove the drawers, place the game in warm water before cleaning it makes it easier to clean.
You can pull it up and they come out.
@@flash8146 Yes, with force you can remove everything, but we don´t recommend that, it is quite difficult to put everything back together again!
