Scarborough Fair on small medieval Harp [FREE SHEET MUSIC FOR 19 STRINGS]

- Hope you will enjoy my arrangement of Scarborough Fair, especially written for small harps (19+ strings from low E to high B). I am playing it here on Spanish harpmaker Luis Martins’ beautiful King David harp.
I inadvertently tuned the harp to 438 Hz, which gives the tune a sadder feel to it… just in case you’d like to play along, don’t forget to tune your instrument down!
The lowest note on the King David harp I am playing here is actually a low F, which I don’t use in this tune… so I tuned my low F string to E, giving me a nice extra bass. This worked pretty well so I well remember this trick for future arrangements for smaller harps 😊

In this case though the tune is a very famous folk song in the English speaking world so that could be the reason it is more popular. Where did you get the strap? Is it ok to use a guitar strap and do you have a tutorial for this song?
Hey, I do use guitar straps quite often and even occasionally just tie a big scarf around the harp, anything goes really! Sorry I don’t have a tutorial (yet) for this song, will try to create video tutorials in the future!
