There’s a lack of cultural understanding here - this therapist is not trying to change her actual bones she’s simply reshaping the soft tissue which can get pulled into certain formations through muscle tension and habitual facial expressions. It also helps drain the lymph and stimulate blood circulation. It’s a good way of avoiding lines like frown lines which form when your facial muscles get stuck in certain positions from habit and use. Regular facial massage as well as exercises can really help avoid lines.
@@katens2002 Soft tissue can be manipulated to change the contours of the face which can make features look more even. Muscles can also be built up (with exercise) or atrophied (with Botox) to change the face shape considerably.

Ooh, I like your content, but find the practitioners hit or miss from an ASMR perspective. This woman REALLY remained relaxed and kept the speed of her speech slow. Excellent. I look forward to watching this many times. This is everything I wanted the Indian Head massage to be. I LOVED the motions, background noise and touching of that video, but REALLY WANTED the practitioner to slow her speech and have long pauses.

As someone who has had major jaw surgery this would work wonders for circulation in the face! I get a lot of chronic swelling so I’m not even surprised if a difference can be made to what the facial structure looks like

Sleeping on ur side has absolutely nothing to do having unsymmetrical cheekbones. If they were unsymmetrical then that do to an injury medical condition or just simple genetics. The cheekbone is a solid part of the skull and is not malleable in the slightest and would not be deformed from sleeping on ur side

As an engineer what the hell is that mish mash of rulers and vernier caliper shes mesuring your face with cant get an acurte reading at all as its not being held leve in any sort of shape or form its a facinating tool shes come up with but no use for what shes doing plus the sharp edges round your face not the tool for the job
