I am an actor and content creator with Hollywood credits including roles on Lucifer (Netflix), Starlight Christmas (Hallmark), JT Leroy (Universal Studios), etc. In this channel, I offer insight to Kpop performances using my 10+ years of training in dance, acting, singing and overall performance. In dance, my forte are contemporary and musicals and have done most of my performances in theatre. The way kai is not afraid to show that even he can do mistakes. None could never doubt his skills anyway
exactly and it shows that even the best can make mistakes, dance is a human art form and as any other it cannot always be "perfect"
@S Lee well i watched that reaction and i found some of the comments pretty unfair considering they don't know kai at all and they basically speculated about his character and everything based on nothing. I don't agree at all with them but as professional dancers probably they can see things we don't see. But honestly through the whole reaction i could only think "what the fuck are they even saying". And the way one of those men was talking came off really rude and unprofessional. It's possible to give constructive criticism without belittling the artist and without making speculations on his personality. Especially when you know nothing about the artist at all.

@@junieslays they delated it because people were complaining about the reaction. But those comments were not insults or something like this. People complained mostly because that reactor was really unprofessional and started criticizing kai on a more personal video, assuming to know his personality etc

Guys i don't think she meant it in a bad way.... As they are friends she might have mentioned Taemin😇 please don't be rude. @CL shoto but taemin's dancing way is different to Kai's dancing. Even if u give them the same steps, the way they both dance would be a little different. So i think only Kai can do this😌.
Fun fact: Kai actually carried out auditions and personally chose these backup dancers together with Mihawk for his album.

As someone who practiced ballet in childhood, it's so hard to learn street-dance kind of moves. I look so awkward when I do hip-hop. But look at Kai, he's good at literally any genre...and merging every elements at the highest quality. He's genius.

Jongin is definitely not afraid to express his emotions and he has no sense of toxic masculinity, he's very confident in his masculinity and it's so refreshing to see because he genuinely embraces all aspects of himself and others. He has worn very feminine clothing before and he's looked very good in them or worn traditional female wear like heels or heeled shoes. Jongin is just a very kind person and his passion definitely shines through in his solo which I'm incredibly proud of him for, especially since knowing SM I kinda didn't know if he was going to even have a solo.

Fact : kai and mihawk personally did an audition to select the dancer. He did not playing with his solo debut. You can see how much he prepared for this. That's make us love him more. He's so precious. Protect him at all costs.

exo got me into kpop in 2019. specifically, i could just not get tired of seeing kai dance and i kept coming back to it. prior to that kpop didn’t even cross my mind honestly but now, kpop has become such a huge part of my life and i don’t think i’ve ever been this in love with music than before. so i am super grateful for exo and kai because i honestly don’t think i would’ve gotten into kpop if it wasn’t them that i saw first.

It's the little smirks that got me. The body rolls at 17:31 are fascinating to me because his dancers are moving their feet, and his aren't moving at all, but he's getting a similar movement. Re the outfit: watching is the point. ;)

when i watch this dance practice for the first time, i was so captivated by the choreography till i didn't notice kai for real. the choreo was so good, the dancers, kai himself. all perfect combination. every time i watch this dance practice, i really am can't focus on kai but the whole choreography just like art, pull me to the new world hahaha
