ESPECIALLY if it was your last pokemon I vividly rememeber, my typhlosion had barely any hp, did a strong style infernal parade so i could be sure it went down, breathed a sigh of relief.... Only to get slammed in the face by shadow force.
Remember folks: Altered Form Giratina has better defensive stats, which become inverted when it becomes Origin Form. Meaning, it may have been more difficult to take down because of it's bulk in phase 1, but it will now hit like a truck in phase 2
From an in-universe perspective, you basically caused Giratina's fight-or-flight response to kick in and in the end it chose to FLEE rather than risk its life any further. Imagine if we had a timelimit to track down Giratina before it fully recovers and it decides to ambush us wherever we are in Hisui. Or if we had the ability to run from this battle, Giratina would start chasing us down relentlessly and not let us escape.
I think its cool if you’re evenly matched, underpowered, overpowered even since I had a lv 100 Garchomp and just TRADING blow after blow evenly matched felt just as badass now not just for Giratina but my Garchomp as well. I love watching people go “Yeah this boss is so easy it sucks” then watching the light drain from their eyes when it starts phase 2
This was just SO COOL. This entire game was amazing. This battle took me so many attempts, but I remember being DELIGHTED when he stomped down and recovered. HE HAS A PHASE THREE.
Ok but that typhlosion dodging two massive attacks in a row is a gigachad
I just thought of something, and from now on, I'm just going to imagine that Giratina talks and sounds like The Lich from adventure time.
"You are strong, child. *But I am beyond Strength."*
Everyone: Suck it, Giratina!
Giratina: *YOU TALKING A LOT OF SHIT FOR BEING IN SHADOW FORCE RANGE!*
Several streamers: Well that was easy.
Giratina: :sniff sniff: Is that... hubris I smell?
No reaction video is complete without ShadyPenguinn lol
I come back and watch this vid for the millionth time. The genuine reactions are so awesome and hype
I'm so glad I'm obsessed with keeping all my mons alive, saved me a few troubles.
8:41 ttar's reaction always makes me laugh
No wonder after defeating Giratina AGAIN, the game says “you finally beat Giratina”
It knew
The strong style to flex at the end of phase 1 will always be funny! Most of us did this I'm pretty sure!
ESPECIALLY if it was your last pokemon
I vividly rememeber, my typhlosion had barely any hp, did a strong style infernal parade so i could be sure it went down, breathed a sigh of relief.... Only to get slammed in the face by shadow force.
@@Terumimi Same exact thing happened to me!
This was the only Pokemon last boss battle I’ve ever lost and I loved it! The full Cynthia team, the Giratina not once but twice. So epic
not quite, Milotic is missing
@@rokkraljkolesa9317 if milotic was in legends arceus I can guarantee you it would have been in volo's team
Everyone thought they defeated giratina…
Plot armor be like: Are you sure about that?😂
Imagine if when he transformed he went to level 100
That would be terrifying
The game would be impossible to beat then.
Oh god no!
So you just want us to suffer, huh?😆
@@LunaMane *Nintendo just laughing in the background*
There weren't that many fights in this game...but MAN THEY WERE GOOD.
I think its cool if you’re evenly matched, underpowered, overpowered even since I had a lv 100 Garchomp and just TRADING blow after blow evenly matched felt just as badass now not just for Giratina but my Garchomp as well. The moment wasn’t stolen one bit at having overpowered Pokémon for that occasion it just built on the badassery like holy shit
