What do you recommend for someone interesting in learning a language? I took Mandarin for a few semesters back in college but unfortunately didn’t stick

Hahaha it took some time for me to get the feel of Mandarin too, it’s quite a difficult language to learn, especially with the intimidating characters!! But once I realised how relatively simple the grammar is, I started enjoying it a lot more ☺️ I guess for me I had to learn to embrace the different aspects of the language!! So be patient with yourself because learning a language definitely takes time, and before you know it you’ll be able to have a conversation with a native speaker 👍🏻
