Ok, that's a huge shame they don't have Hyper Blaze in this. That trap is the single thing that makes Uria actually playable in Sacred Beasts.
Also, that is hilarious that the Don Zaloog skill is literally "Nobody Expects the Spanish Inquisition!" in name XD still feels weird that they didn't print Don Zaloog, Meanae, or Gorg in this set.
But this box looks like it's gonna bring something good and possibly even shake up the meta a little bit.

@@Castercurseof Still wish we just went on to the GX Tournament next box so we could finally get Sartorius' Arcana Force, Jaden's Neo Spacian, a full on Ojama and/or Armed Dragon deck, Aster's/The D's Destiny Hero Plasma centric deck strategy, etc. Hell, merge seasons 2 and 3 together and also include a full on Dark World deck and the like. They could've easily finished off GX instead of going backwards to a SECOND Battle City box.
But still excited to get my boxes in. This looks like it's gonna be a fun batch.
Also, here's a question for you: Since we just got the new Gate Guardian support in Maze of Memories...what if any of them translated over to Speed Duel format? Would that have possibly given the Midterm box actual value if we also got the new support released in that box? Just something to think about XD

Youve probably realised this by now but for the forged steel skill has 2 seperate effects, the while its face up on the field is not a condition for darkness "metal", its part of the first effect of changing names of a dragon to make it easier to special darkness.

My one problem with the box is the lack of sacred beast support, I feel like we could have gotten dark beckoning beast without much problem
I love everything about Forged Steel though from the ability to normal summon Luster Dragon and reskin it to Red-Eyes to being able to turn Darkness into a mini Darkness Metal it’s so cool

Sacred Beasts seem interesting overall, but I agree with the Red-Eyes skill I'm very excited to test it!
