I think its a brilliant idea! Break away from the normal idea "we have to move forward in order to progress" .. theres SO much from DM we can add in that doesnt exist in normal YGO that could make this format dramatically set apart and cooler. For example orichalcos set with dartzcards and dartz skills to supe up the seal and make it more anime like.
@curseofYGO yes, but more than just the typical dragons and their knight cards. The villains specifically need to be added with their own cards and skills to compensate their lack of content in normal yugioh. And a dartz skill would be perfect for the seal of orichalcos IMO. Adding all 3 seals into 2 card would be amazing. Or how about Pyramid of light movie set? Make anubis a character and make a skill card with Pyramid of light to banish all divine monsters
Very happy they went back to DM. I was sad when they went to GX so early when so much of DM was untouched. Hope to see so much more DM era stuff coming back out in this day and age.
Wasn't Egyptian god slime used by marik and not strings? I would like to see it as a skill card, but only if it came as one of the 4 side skills or in a later set focusing on Battle City Finals. I'd like to see if Arkana would have Dark Eradicator Warlock in his deck, yugi never used it so give it to the other dark magician user makes sense to me.
I actually really like your idea, add Marik as an extra skill with that effect would be super cool to see! Also yeah could be interesting to see, hope they just implement it better than Vampire Genesis
Great analysis, stoked for this box to come out, Exodia is going to create some much needed shenanigans for Speed Duel. Waking the Dragons box should be next up in my opinion, Orichalcos skill card that lets you use your S/T zones as monster zones would be awesome lol
I just hope the Arkana stuff feels like Arkana. The deck paired with his skill in the original box just felt like a Yugi deck. I love the diversity in thks box. 8 characters over like 4-5 decks that are just Yugi and Kaiba and a couple extra. It's very exciting for me, who is just a casual player and just builds casual decks with 3x of the box to play with friends.
Please never bring links or xyz to speed duel. Glad they went back to battle city. I’m sure they’ll triple down at some point and sell a battle city box centered around the final 8 duelists. Perfect set up for that later
Not a failure but a mid tier box, had some decent Advanced stuff but didn't do a great job in terms of old school or Speed Duel players imo. Vamps are good but weren't given a good pay off besides an old skill that should be banned, and they should have made Evil HERO or Red-Eyes more viable to appeal to the old school side of things

Il prodotto non era decisamente ancora uscito, inoltre dare la propria opinione riguardo ad un argomento non ha niente a che vedere con lo "spacchettare" che tra l'altro non ha nemmeno molto senso

We need original battle city reprints!! I didn't know about the product at the time and now its 4x the price!!
Would've preferred one final GX box with Jadens neos deck and Yubel, but still glad that they aren't ditching DM though
