I pray for the fool who spends 6000$ on that car with 200,000 miles. It's worth half of that. I owned a 2008 Q7 and ditched it at 130,000 miles because of all the design flaws and expensive repairs. Sunroof leaked into Bose amplifier and fried the computers - cost 2000$ to repair that after all diagnosing, fixing sunroof, and parts. Brakes are brembo 6 piston - OEM replacement at the dealer can cost upwards of 2000$.. kessy doors had a short on all 4 doors which drained the battery - couldn't leave the car longer than 5 days without the battery going dead. Then icing on the cake was when the engine needed a repair that required the engine to be pulled (timing chain guides). Got quoted 7500$ for that repair but decided to ditch the vehicle then. Used luxury vehicles are money pits.
All of those are common issues with this vehicle. I also had some other issues with my side assist blind spot monitoring but that seemed to be rare because I never heard about it online.
Also the trunk hatch open is the sensor. If you notice the car isnt using the brake lights - they aren't working because the car thinks the hatch is open. Needs a new hatch sensor. Mine had that problem.

moaning that big brakes cost a lot to replace?? Lots of cars have timing chain issues. Sounds like you need to find a better garage if you cant do the stuff yourself. but none of the issues you mention are unique to audi.

Have the same 2009 only issue so far was a water leak to the amplifier fixed myself for $230.00 fixed the leak with a better solution and now radio works great no more battery issues since I got it in 2008. Drives beautiful color Condor Gray like the one on this video. If you purchase an Audi is good you know how to work on them. The last long years if you treat them well amd know how to work on them.

Yes there was a start stop button on the 2007 Q7. This vehicle is just not equiped with it.

There is no glitch with thte screen. the button above the glove box opener is a button to turn on and off the screen.
