I forgot to draw a row of teeth on the dragon :/
I also made the concept art for this creature in Spore, which is VERY useful for making ideas come to life.
Anyways here's some terminal data brain juice:

The Guardian Dragon is known to be the oldest surviving demon, sculpted at the hands of ██████████ during the creation of Hell, born to guard the final circle of Hell.
Most of its days are spent circling the frozen edge of the 10th pouch of Fraud, surveying the giant prisoners, and making sure that the giants remain chained, and no man climb out of the circle of Treachery.
Its body has been able to maintain fine shape with the help of the giants, as they tend to its every need, as extra punishment from God for waging war on Heaven.

- The many traps built by the giants are wired to yellow hookpoints, with precise positioning, scoring massive damage on The Guardian Dragon is possible.

seeing how 2-4 had a boss which is a husk (corpse minos) and 5-4 had a boss that was a demon (levithan), i think 8-4's boss will be an angel or a machine. I think it will be an angel because the first layer of each act's boss is a machine, and also it's not confirmed (atleast from anything in game i think) that all of the supreme angels were part of the council, meaning there might be some still alive (other than gabe)
That, or it may be some kind of deficient form of god, as would fit the layer. A fraudulent god, made perhaps by desperate citizens of heaven, trapped in pain and the layer of fraud.

I think 8-4 would be a good time to get the Gabe fight out of the way before the final boss. As cool as it might seem to have Gabe be the final boss I don’t think he really fits as the final boss of the game. Final boss for acts 1 and 2? Sure. But not for the last boss in the game

That has Always Been a Boss Pattern With Ultrakill Acts. The Boss of The First Layer in an Act has always been a machine. V2 (Limbo), V2 (Again) (Greed), Benjamin/ THR-1000 Earthmover (Violence). The Boss of every Second Layer in an Act has always been a massive huge creature. Corpse of king Minos (Lust), Leviathan (Wraith). And for the Last Layer in an Act it has Always been Gabriel. So Yea thats that

Heres some ideas
It would be cool if you could ride upon the dragon and slamming it’s wings would force it to the ground
A ground slam on the neck area is a guaranteed parry but it will cause the dragon to fling you upwards with a follow up attack
One of the dragon’s attacks could be it flies into the distance until its merely a pixel on the screen
It charges up a hell beam with extreme power and a light points to where it’s aiming being the middle of the arena
After 10 seconds it unleashes the beam dealing 99+full hard damage if V1 fails to get away in time
However
You can deflect the beam with a precise coin toss landing a brutal +ULTRACHARGEBACK
And the dragon comes crashing onto the platform or whatever the arena is allowing V1 to follow up with a neck ground slam
The dragon could have 3 health bars and it uses this attack once per health bar and deflecting it’s beam is a guaranteed health bar down
After the beam the dragon swoops down and slams upon the platform with a shock wave as a follow up incase the player was hit by the initial beam
The slam does 50 damage and the shockwave deals an extra 15

I know everyone is throwing their theories for who the next prime soul is around so i had my own thoughts about it.
King Nimrod, the guy who made the tower of babel and tried to use it to enter heaven before dying, this also is the cause of other languages existing in the bible since that was the curse god used to stop king Nimrod from entering heaven before death.
Anyway, he's name has four then six leters just like the one in the minotaurs terminal entry, and it would fit with how the fraud layer is structured in Dante's Inferno.
Fraud has ten consecutive rings within it, similar to the three that violence has. But how would Hakita make ten Levels in a layer when every other one (except Gluttony and Herasay, and probably treachery too) have 4 levels in them. Fraud in my thoughts would be a place where it tips some of the normal from the game out, so climbing up a giant tower instead of descending for the layer would be a nice change. This tower would probably be the tower of babel, and in ultrakill it could be built by the sinners in hell atempting to climb out or it could be made as an attempt to summon god back by the angels, using the large population of the city of Dis as slaves. Or, the tower itself could be held as some sort of god, in place of the G man.
But Back to Nimrod, and why i think it would work.
1 - its funny, his name is mostly taken as an insult to intelligence nowadays so to have the last and most difficult prime soul be essentially called Dumbass Prime would fit with ULTRAKILL's tone.
2 - The king of the layer fraud is the person who almost reached heaven, it would fit with how each prime soul has had more involvement with heaven than the last. Minos only wanted to exist in hell with his subjects, barely interacting with the angels. Sysiphus wanted to destroy heaven but failed quite easily before he even began. So Nimrod having almost entered heaven makes sense, either in an attempt to become god or to destroy heaven i have no idea.
3 - sending someone like that to treachery makes sense considering how dangerous he would be.
Love the similarities to Leviathan, both with the buildup in the beginning and how the art has the "apex predatorr" havehuman faces as scales

And then it became a standard enemy in Treachery :)

I’m pretty sure that the husks are done and, with violence, the machines are done, which leaves the demons and the angels. Assuming that we aren’t getting another angel other than Gabriel 3, this leaves more demons to slaughter, so a demon dragon is fun
Though, and Ima be honest, with the Minotaur and mannequin we are getting a lot of demons, who are typically stronger than the average Denison of hell, so it’s possible it’s angels and maybe husks. I think the machines are completely done though.

And also no. its not good for a Roblox game, literally the only thing it has going for it is the visuals, half the games modes are recycled content with quite literally 4 new enemies across the entire thing, the towers are unoriginal and boring, john constantly lies to the community about not adding annoying things, and then adds them despite basically all the community hating that said feature.
