I've heard Tennessee is DUI-friendly. They don't participate in the National Drivers Registry. If you get a DUI from another state and refuse to clear the state's post conviction requirements, you still never be able to get a license from any other states (non-NDR states), but Tennessee will give you a license. I know a guy in Tennessee who has 8 DUIs under his belt, and he's still driving.
@@sdlock83 I just got a second dui and I got my license pulled for two damn years in utsh!!! They said I need an ignition. Interlock to drive but idk if I have to wait to the full two years or that is what I have to do in order to drive now…. Guess I will seee!!!
What happens when you beat your dui case ? Can I just get a hearing and pay reinstatement fees? And pay the supervision Fee I received for a speeding ticket ?
What if you had a DUI in Tennessee, served the time, court, fees and lost your license but you were from Michigan, which doesn’t require an interlock system. Have requested and received a document from Tennessee to have someone here in Michigan to sign it to verify, so we can send it back to Tennessee to release the permission to renew the license. But no one in Michigan seems to know “who” is supposed to sign it? We have been in a run around for over a year and a half, after the initial year of not having a license. Can someone please explain the process, no one in the system seems to know nor 2 lawyers so far.
I recinded my contracts on the record. Expressed the trust as designated beneficiary. The Judges have oaths out here as to fiduciary duty. I was told my license was suspended....2 years AFTER i recinded those contracts. How does that happen ? I said i don't want the contracts. These are hidden undisclosed private under cover contracting with ambigious words...i do not play the finacial judge me for monetary gain gaming. I do not believe it's moral per cannon #7. These judges have an Oath of office as fiduciary.....none are doing their fiduciary duty out here. Do we do it ? They brought me in. For getting food after sitting behind a window for ten years after recinding all this by marbury vs madison...Judge Marshall, and asking for a treaty of commonality..on the record Never Rebutted ! I don't sue a soul. I go on, but they keep doing mean handcuffing and it's wronging thy brethren, and i myself, wouldn't harm a soul. They wanted my to sign to contracts i do not volunteer for nor consent to. I am in court because they don't see these records i spoke on, and i have no way around for tons of paperwork and more contracts. 😂 oh my goodness me. Is this country my dad said stand for your constiturion because that's the least you can do for all the young men i saw blown away for them. Only God can help me now. So i guess they think im a beligerant ...i just don't really get it, after what my dad told me i better do. I thought i was showing some returned love for those who did not get to live because of protected rights. I just don't get it. My Supreme law of the Land and Every Judge bound thereby...are .....where ? If they are to balance these books to honor why can't they ? I told her i expressed the trust as the expressly designated beneficiary on the record previously. Please let me know the hold up on their fiduciary oaths to the public trust. Thank you very much. So im open minded and i will stay reasonable in waiting for an answer if you could explain the problem as only solving and reconciling for this redemption repentance and salvation needs to be done...well...Jesus already did it. But i said i have a Christian name. Maybe they don't know about the new testament. Of course they do.....🤗❤ i will try again...my daughter ran up and told the Judge im not well and put a plea...and the judge scrambled the audio, while i waived no rights under special in propria persona....how does a judge let her run up for me when im clearly speaking on my own...ohhh my gracious me. My daughter was trying to save her mommy cause she worked for special ed....and i went up under special...😂 I sure do love my daughter but now there is a paper with a plea...and i do not plea !!!!. I was unjustly interrupted so that cannot stand as i do not put in pleas. All pleas are guilt. Well. My daughter put a bond on me which has to be done in 72 hours...i wrote the w/o bene and the 1-308. This duress has had me at the ER twice already. I pray i get something to go right if God will just lead me in my brain well have this no matter what am waiting on his voice to connect to my brain before this gets any crazier. That whole New Deal has us as incompetants. The bible said the very elect would be fooled. The isreal nation must come back and the lawyers held the keys the whole bunch of us better get right out here so it's forgiveness time, from what i'm seeing.
If you totaled your vehicle, hopefully you had collision insurance to help get you a new vehicle... When and if you're able to get the IID installed, make sure you pay the extra $20 per year to have the device insured in case of an accident.
did you ever figure out the answer to this question? I'm wondering the same. its also been a couple months since i was released from program and got completion certificate and went to court to be dismissed. Wondering if that plays into IID
