It happened to me. I blew a 0.21 so, I was charged with a DUI and a hit in run. HONESTLY in my opinion it’s NOT worth hiring a attorney. You won’t be able to get rid of this charge. Your blood alcohol is undeniable so, how could your attorney argue /denied /defend you when it’s a FACT you were intoxicated. Anyway, I’m pretty sure you guys are wondering my punishment. Well my license got suspended for 4 months. I had to attend DUI classes for 9 months WTF ! Let me tell you all that I have NEVER been arrested in my 37 years of life. This was my first arrest , my first charged (DUI). Oh and I still had to get a SR22 before going back to the DMV to get my license back. Honestly if I would of known my outcome I would had just gotten a public defender (it would have saved me $4,500 that I spent on a attorney. My classes were a total of $1800 (every 3 months I paid around $600)
im balls deep in DUI research and I don't even have one charged against me.
Good
you just can't ask a lawyer if you should hire a lawyer... they'll always say yes.
What a shocking development. A lawyer giving the advise that we should hire a lawyer.
