this is the beginner form, and could be considered chi kung as well.after jing is issued, the posture is held for 6 to 24 breaths, concentrating your energy and intent into the end of the extremity(baji means 8 extremes).this form builds into da baji(large frame)
Hi Bro Wong, I'm from Singapore and I trained under Master Wu for a short while many years ago in KL. I still remember you performing Baji Xiaojia at that time. Is Shifu still teaching today?
Nice, but what is the main objective in training the form in that manner, pls enlighten me as I do not see any combat value in it. The reason being u cannot apply Jing in multi varible action or moving object ie: a human body with that kind of fixed & harden strike. TQ!
Yes of course it is a real Bhaji, but with most of the stances missing in between. It is like he learned from a book or something- shortcut version, definitely not from a master I can tell. He had no concept of the timing, the distance and the positioning. And if you really believe that was authentic, you are absolutely a naive kiddo. ----------陕西张式八极拳
XD...i can't stop laughing at those finishing stance. OMG.....I wonder why did u ever consider putting it on U-tube. Honestly, ur timings r all wrong, did u learn this from a book or wot???
2021, been 23 years and I am still watching this.
Very nice. Thanks for the posting.

Very very nice execution! I learned that form long time ago with my shifu Dai Shi Zhe in Venezuela! Master Wu Shong Fa is my Shi-Shu!

Why all the puases ?? Even Tai-Chi hits much faster than this.
@@alexong2542 I sensed some sarcasm at the last part about training your head as well haha

It's so funny to read someone who talks about what he knows nothing. And what are your comments about quantum mechanics?

Can you post a vid with what you call the "right timing"? Let us laugh!
