This set is called ' Ting Ji Bu' which means ' Nail Character Stance'. This set is very good for strengthening the legs, pelvic area, and of course, practise breathing into the dan tian. If done even slower than this video, it will be more strenuous but more effective. 真是亂打，杜毓澤的陳氏老架根本不是如此打的，而且太極拳的根本：沈肩、墜肘、鬆腰、落胯、圓襠，一樣樣都沒做到。中心線東倒西歪，連最基本的立身中正都沒做到，拳架子該找老師調一調，不然就算是練上十年都是白練。

究竟是在打陳式還是在打形意?

Tai chi . Try not to use elbow . you are using matial art technique.The only thing, you start with tai chi move ,but landed with matial art way (elbow). I guess you should learn more about push hand NOT ELBOW okay. Thank You
