you replaced the entire stem , not just the packing and packing nut …this works for that style of bib (arrow) but people need to understand that those stems aren’t interchangeable with a lot of import chinese hose bibs …
I have that exact same faucet (from 2002) but I have no idea where I'd buy that new part. Home depot and lowes don't sell. Do you know that part name/number and where I could buy it ?
I need to do the same.I replace the gasket and it doesnt drip while off but when i turn it on it still drips? Can you give the specifics on where you got the correct fitting handle
...and who wouldn't want the outside faucet almost directly above the outside electrical box, BRILLIANT!
“Hey boy, back in my day we did those live” 😂
Should probly include an extra 3 seconds of video showing that you need to turn off and back on the water supply
Honestly surprised you were able to find the replacement innards
I need this part can someone send me link?
I wonder who originally got there first, the plumber or the electrician….lol
it's American design
Plumber always
And which one had to pay off the housing inspector
Always tighten 1st before loosening
only the real ones know
@@replumb why do you have to tighten before loosening?

Always brilliant idea to have water tap next to and above an electrical outlet
I wais a bout to comment the same thing thats very dangerous

Don’t twist your panties in a bunch….. that outlet is GFI…..
Lmao better than tearing the stucco off forsure lol
it's out doors , makes no difference. It rains on it at least 200 days per year
Who sells this part?
This is a brand each one is different he probably bought a new one and took it off
I wish mine was that easy to fix. I have to replace mine entirely

Just replace the bottom (black) seal. No need to buy the whole top end. Old school. Local hardware usually have them.
Yeah except when it looks like trash and ultra curroded and the top seal is leaking too.
You lucky you didn't have to grind the seat down I seem to always have to if they've been leaking awhile
I need to do the same.I replace the gasket and it doesnt drip while off but when i turn it on it still drips? Can you give the specifics on where you got the correct fitting handle
Awesome, where can you get those replacements?
Where can I get this part?
Where can I find that piece
Do you have to have the water off?
If you have the water on, what's stopping the water from coming out when you remove it?
Do you have to turn the watter off
Yes
😂 to funny. I get it.
Never that easy
What is that called and where do you get it can not find it anywhere
What size 3/4??1/2???

수도 꼭지 바뀜 물량 변화 ?
No Teflon tape and/or pipe dope?
No, you don’t use teflon/pipe dope on packing nut threads.
I can't find that part at home depot
Buy the whole valve. Costs $9. Take it apart like he did the old one.
Do u have to turn off the water
Yes
What tool was that?
Knipex pliers wrench
Ключик нульс от книпекс.
only IF its like for like .
That was a waste of 10 seconds
Let me guess the first try u were breaking it lose not going the wrong way lmao as my helper would say....idk why but drives me nuts
yep tightening is the first step to loosening sometimes
