Anyone know how to put a "snooze" button on the CO detectors in case I want to sleep a little more? Now I just take the battery out.

That isn’t funny and it certainly isn’t appreciated.

Does anyone else think this stinks? What prompted the welfare check? Cell pings will be interesting. Stay tuned for court tv.

Carbon monoxide is odorless - but you do raise some interesting points

The original story stated that the police were contacted for a wellness check-by family members-after the people in the home failed to show up for a family gathering (I presume this would likely be a traditional family Christmas celebration, with extended members of the same family gathering every year at the home of the relative with room to hold the festivities). With 4 members of the same family suddenly being “no show” for this yearly event, I, for one, would certainly EXPECT there to be concern for their welfare…and that local authorities would be contacted, especially if they were coming from out of the area. This was a horrible tragedy, not fodder for “Crime TV”…go troll elsewhere.
