What is a "potential tip"? Walmart is TERRIBLE about substitutions so I always mark my order as "no substitutions" these days. One time, they didn't have sliced mushrooms in the produce section, so they sent a can of cream of mushroom soup instead. Another day, bananas were out, so I ended up with a bag of dried banana chips. Um...WITAF?! I know it wasn't the delivery driver...they only did the pickup and delivery, not the actual shopping. Do you get to find out the tip amount ahead of time and does that determine whether you take the gig or not? It's not clear what amount is sufficient/expected for a tip on this service and I didn't want to be under (or over) paying for it, so I eventually switched back to self pickup. What are your thoughts on an appropriate tip amount?
@@NomadicPride “potential tip” means The customer can tip us within a certain time frame. Before we accept a delivery YES we can see the actual payout, however most deliveries are first come first served. Those delivery get send to the masses running in the area.
@@sprintercheck Thanks. Please also address what is an acceptable tip... like, set dollar amount? Or a percentage of order price? Or how many items/bags are in the order? Or? There are no guidelines/etiquette that I know of for this service.
