My morris on the 60's paper route- miniscule brake shoes and no syncro between 1st and rev. Holding it from sliding down the hill on ice, while I got the paper in the box. Going all the way down the hill around my subscibers house when the brakes failed. breaking 1st gear (no synchro). It is absolutely the prettiest car ever made, gas milage, yes. Perfectly created to those years in England on the back roads, faster than a horse!

They weren't good cars, my dad had one and it was terrible,
no space inside and a tiny boot. I longed for a Mk1 Cortina.
I love these videos about your morris minor, I inherited my late dads morris minor last year and passed my driving test a few days ago, so it's going to be my first car, need to have some things fixed on it (indicators not working, dodgy gearbox). But really looking forward to driving it, especially after seeing yours and other peoples videos about them.

That looks like it was a lot of fun...would love to do that...we here in South Africa also do that with the old cars. Every two years all the Borgward's go to Grariep dam, it's more or less central to all the different locations in South Africa.

Great video. Belgium is quite lovely. My petrol gauge goes from full to empty totally randomly. Never run out of fuel though lol.....yet!

@@idriveaclassic fair enough but before you start anything what is going to make some income (a work, job) there is always some preparation beforehand so why you didn't do the same with the channel? I don't care about difficulties you were facing at the beginning. You're not the only one to whom I writing about this issue. I do like your approach and the car. I cannot subscribe to something what is in low quality of audio or video production for here's few channels which get it right from the start. I sorry for ranting but you want money and audience therefore you should do the homework before started to post videos. Latest posts are ok but...
