- The View has been dealt another humiliating blow as Sunny Hostin was forced to make yet another apology live on air, this time, to Pete Hegseth.
Sunny Hostin is a former prosecutor, Kamala Harris is a former prosecutor... I'm beginning to see why our legal system is on the ropes.

I think you are looking at this wrong. My take on The View is that they were a fundamental part of Trump's PR. As long as they exist, the Republicans can point to them as being representative of the radical's control of the Democrat party.
Remember the military maxim: Never interrupt the enemy when they are making a mistake.
This video is claiming something false that Sunny is apologizing when that is not happening, and thus is misleading and harmful to her reputation. Rewatch the video, it falsely portrays her as having apologized when she did not. Defamation involves false statements that harm someone’s reputation. If the video suggests that Sunny made an apology when she didn’t, it very well could be considered defamation depending on how the false information affects her public image. For something to be legally defamatory, there also needs to be established harm to her reputation and a negative reaction. I mean, what aren’t you understanding about defamation?

This video is defamatory against Sunny and The View making out like Sunny gave some sort of an apology when it was just a legal note from production she read sharing the position of the accused. The legal note hardly exonerates the accused sharing how they agree to dole out settlement payments. Very misleading and I’ll be reporting this to the View if you continue. .
