      It's a miter saw and a nail gun. You can use a hand saw with a miter box and hand nail in brad nails. Stop making the "I don't have the tools" excuse and go try.

    It's great but a hack is usually something to make a thing easier or better for people. Most people don't have saws and scrap wood and bits of trim to do this!

    This girl has so much faith in us being able to do something similar that she calls it a hack. Meanwhile I have a piece of frameless mirror just leaning against my wall at an angle. If it falls over it will shatter. And I'm OK with that.

    I hate these videos that are like "look at my DIY hack"...except I have thousands of dollars worth of scraps laying around and you probably don't. Looks lovely, but let's not pretend this is a simple DIY or hack. It is neither.

      The MDF, Paints, stains decorative wood balls look expensive, Even if you had the tools, this is definitely not a save money hack. Not even counting your time to buy supplies and working on the mirror! I'd love to know what were the total hours to complete with shopping, set up, drying time, plus the cost of all the material. Gorgeous results if you want something custom.

      Daniel: crafters just want to craft, they want ownership of unusual things. Cost does not count lol, but if they save money it is a bonus to them. I like to get old furniture and "craft" it differently. ;()

      I'm not hating on this, but it's not a unique idea. My grandfather did this in the 50's to all the mirrors in their home. He also made frames for my grandmother's paintings

    FOR PEOPLE LEARNING ENGLISH: the correct phrase is "wooden half moons". Half-wooden moons means that the moons are made of 50% wood and 50% is other material(s).

    Personally I don't like the artificially distressed look, But I absolutely LOVE what you did to frame the mirror. Let me just quickly like this video in the hopes that I'll find it again in case I ever want to make a fancy frame for something myself... (Is it just me or can you not save Shorts in Playlists??)

      Now, you can conveniently save shorts in your playlist. However, I found it infuriating that the option to save shorts was not available as I had to revisit a particular item and could never find it again.

    Yea, that Italian Sweet Cream is bomb! It's particularly good in flavored water enhancers like Mio. Soooo gooooddd!!! The Mandarin flavor with the creme is a creamsicle!!! Awesome!

    Very nice. It’s a creative idea, and well executed concept to the final product. For the next one, glam it up a bit by adding golden balls or trim between the balls. Giving it a glamorous attitude to a simple idea.
