This was a very emotional movie for me to watch. When I lost my dad part of me wanted to wake up from the nightmare and see him again
Just watched this movie tonight, I cried like three times. It was very wholesome and I wish there was more of it. I really think Jason did a great job being his character to life, and I like how great he was with the children.
I agree entirely. You see him and he's this enormous hairy dude that honestly looks intimidating but then he does a stupid dance and talks about how great he looks lol. That first cpl minutes when the characters first met was one of my favorite parts of the whole movie. It's easy for a kid to turn that silliness up but it truly is exhausting as an adult
I just loved this movie, and I'm so proud of this actress look at how many people are on set! It's an extraordinary things that she was able to do so well, and remade one of my childhood favorites. And Jason was wonderful too 😉 I liked this side of him
Loved the movie watched 2 times now!! Just to catch all the little details. Like Flip’s ears wiggled. The animation was incredible. And we should all have dreams in that kind of 3d!!! Go watch it!!!

Being a 42 yr old father of two little girls (ages 6 & 11) , and a brother of a guy with the nickname “Flip” (I swear, its true) His name is George, but we have called him flip for a long time, because he cant hold his emotions and anger very well, so he “Flips out” very easy. So yea, thats why we call him flip.
But anyway. This movie is great on so many levels. My wife and I watched it and when I seen Phillip was Flip, it blew me away. Great movie!

5:10 the ridiculousness of this time is really amazing. The lockdowns and extensive mask usage at times, but shortly after actors all interact with each other freely. They all used the same toilets, and for the most part, they ate the food from the same catering services, breading the same air circulating in the closed environment... To see this filmed and in the records for future generations is really something.
